"Hey." MinKyu said, poking Jason's cheek."Wake up." He shoved him a little, getting annoyed.
A small groan escaped the boy's throat as his eyes slowly fluttered open.
"Morning." MinKyu said cheerfully.
"Hey." Jason murmured, still half-asleep. "What time is it?"
MinKyu stared down at his watch. "It is... 11:15."
Jason sighed. It was a bit late... "alright."
Jason noticed MinKyu's face was still a bit swollen from last night. "You're face is a bit swollen." He told him.
MinKyu reached his hand up and touched his face right beneath his eye. "Really?"
"Yeah."
MinKyu removed himself from under the warmth of the covers and out of the bed.
"Do you have have a different shirt I can wear?" He asked.
"Uh, yeah." I said, getting up to find one.
I grabbed a yellow shirt out of my closet and tossed it to him. He grimaced while reaching his arm out to catch it, but still did.
He winced while trying to remove his shirt as well.
"Do you need help with that?" I asked.
He hesitated, then nodded. "Yeah..."
I moved over to help him, lifting the shirt carefully off his back and tossing it aside onto the bed.
I couldn't help staring at the bruises on his chest and back. "Do they hurt?"
"No... only the cuts do."
"Are they on your legs too?" I asked.
I scanned the lower half of his stomach. They were there too.
"...yeah..." he answered quietly.
"I have some bandages that I can put on the cuts. The one on your shoulder looks a little deep."
He nodded. "Thanks."
