Jihoon's pov
A year has passed. Not much has happened, just the usual. Soonyoung is teasing me nonstop, I hit him back. We visit Jeonghan and Seungcheol often so I don't get killed and hang out at Mingyu's cafe whenever we grab something to eat. Soonyoung takes me with him whenever he catches up with Seungkwan and Seokmin and of course, Hansol is dragged along too. It's been a nice peaceful and steady year. Well mostly. Over time, these feelings have grown a lot and surprisingly, a smile breaks out sometimes while I look at Soonyoung. Feeling like everyone is trying to get us together, there is many videos and photos as proof. All which I keep hidden from Soonyoung (Author: though everyone probably sent it to Soon too).

You disappointed that I haven't made a move yet? Too bad, I ain't that type of person. However, I've been actually making a new song to show to Soonyoung. All the things I've experienced just from being by his side is astonishing. I never knew love could make me feel so fuzzy, joyful but never fully satisfied and craving for more. Like the person I am, I used these feelings to create a song, Mansae. It talks about how Soonyoung just makes me really happy to the point that I want him to finally see these feelings and look at me. These lyrics are very cheesy but it's the truth however, I'm too embarrassed to show him. After putting it off for a while, I've finished it but how the hell do I show this squish of a boy a song with lyrics meant for him? I don't know how I did it before, I really do. Did Jisoos Christ decide to bless me with his presence that time? If he did, where is he now? He needs to bring his holy ass over here and help me out.

The sun rises and the dewy light shimmers through my window. I slowly roll myself out of the glorious thing called my bed and start to write something for the boy next door to occupy himself with as I try to gain confidence to show him my song by dust. I left the note on the kitchen table, grabbed my weap-... my guitar, and started putting on my shoes. As I was about to put on my second shoe, I felt a weight on my back. I could already guess what, well more like who, it is.

"Where're you going~ You're never up this early," he whines as he takes a seat on the floor, pulling me into his lap.

Quickly think! I need an excuse. A good damn one as well.

"Ahhh... just picking up things from Cheol," I reply slipping on my other shoe that was just taken out of my hands anyways -_-

"Tell him to bring it here, I don't want you to go~~~"

Can he not be so cute for once. Oh! I forgot to say, his inner child has been coming out more and more over time. Can't complain, it's adorable but I'd die before he knows.

"It's my belongings so I shouldn't make him bring it. He ain't my slave (Author: but he is Jeonghan's hehehe 😏😏😏)."

He snuggles his face into the nook of my neck, draping his arms around my waist.

"Don't go ;-; stay~" he continues to plead.

My frown melted away. This boy does wonders I swear. Can't he get it that I'm doing this for him?

"Come on don't be a baby... Ah fine, cuddles tonight if it'll free me."

I could hear muffled hehehe's behind me. Knew it... He knows I won't break my promise (well if I did, he'd still get his way eventually) so he let go. I finally got my bloody shoe on and said bye to a sleepy cute Soon who was still on the floor.
