(Jungkooks POV)
After the whole situation in the library the day went by extremely slowly. The next few classes were boring and instead of paying attention to the teacher, I kept my thoughts occupied with thoughts of Taehyung and what I had agreed to.
Did I really wanna go on three dates with him? The answer is no, but I felt kinda bad for him and I just wanted our conversation to end as soon as possible. I'll need at least a week to mentally prepare myself for the torture awaiting me.
As I tried to think of happy thoughts I saw that I arrived at my dorm, seeing the door half open I could only conclude that I wasn't the first to get here.
Looking around I spotted Jin and he waved at me with an annoyed expression. Confused as to why he was mad at me I went over to him.
"Are you mad at me?" I questioned in a worried tone.
He looked startled at the sudden question, but answered either way. "No silly, I'm not mad at you, I'm mad at that asshole who calls himself Namjoon."
Now it was my turn to be startled as I hurriedly asked him what happened between them since they're usually the cutest couple I've ever seen.
"I asked him if he wanted to hang out today, but he said he couldn't since his grandmother was ill and he needed to go right away to assist her."
"Okay, that sounds fine, what's the problem?" I asked yet another question.
"Well after I wished him good luck I walked away and as I walked away I saw a guy walk up to him." He took a shaky breath almost about to cry "The man huggged Namjoon and Namjoon followed him into his car and they drove away laughing and having a great time."
By then a tear escaped Jin's eye and I hugged him while rubbing his back, trying to keep him from crying.
"There has to be a logical explanation to this, you know Namjoon, he would never lie to you." I said trying to reason with Jin.
"I'm really starting to question that." Jin said.
"Just ask him, let him explain." I told Jin.
"No, I'm gonna follow them and see what they do." Jin said with determination in his eyes.
"I don't really think that's a go-" I started, but Jin cut me off "Thanks Jungkook for the talk, you're a real life-saver." He ruffled my hair and took his keys, walking outside and into his car.
"No Jin that's not- and he's gone."
I sighed as I shrugged my shoulders and walked upstairs to my room to do my homework. "Oh well."
Lugging my book bag up the stairs I threw it on my bed and sat down next to it. I stared blankly at my books, deciding what homework to start first. My options were the following: English, Geometry, and World History.
I laid out all the books, mixing them up on the bed while closing my eyes. Moving my hand across all three books I stopped at the first one. Slowly opening my eyes I saw that I had picked my giant World History textbook. I groaned, but opened the book up anyway.
Once I finally finished scribbling the answer to question #2 down on my looseleaf, I was bored and decided to check twitter. There was nothing of interest so I turned off my phone trying to focus on my work.
I heard my phone chime as an unknown number popped up on my phone. The message read "hey cutie guess who it is?" Weirded out by this, but also intrigued I answered.
"Um probably the wrong number."
Then the phone chimed again.
"Isn't this Jungkook?" I stared back at the message a bit creeped out.
