"So, I did mess up."

After Amy screwed up the Bella's decided to leave the call, only leaving them and Chloe alone.

Stacie nodded at the aussie as she glanced at her girlfriend who was trying to apologise to her best friend.

"Please, understand I'm sorry I didn't tell you as soon as I knew." Aubrey pleaded.

Chloe felt betrayed, her best friend was pretty aware of how Chloe was coping with this situation and yet, she didn't tell her.

The red head tried to hold back the tears forming in her eyes. "Is she okay?"

Aubrey nodded in response. "I can't answer that, Chlo."

Chloe gave her friend one last small smile before ending the call.

"How's Chloe?" Stacie asked approaching her girlfriend.

Aubrey shrugged her shoulders.

"In my defense" Amy shyly said from behind them. "I had no idea about this whole mess."

Now all the Bellas knew Beca had left L.A., better yet, they knew where she was however none of them imagined why she left L.A. and her girlfriend.

"Do you think she's pregnant?" Ashley asked to the girls. Jessica nodding next to her.

Immediately after leaving the video chat they made another because 1. why not, 2. what the hell did just happen.

"Girl." CR shook her head. "Beca's so gay Kate Mckinnon could be mistaken by a straight woman."

Most of the girls chuckled.

"what if while sleeping she fell in a parallel dimension where she stays in Atlanta and goes to an University where she graduates and becomes a famous human and none of us are real or met her until she gets into college in the second dimension."

The group fell silent as they looked at Lilly confused.

"Or she murdered somebody." She shrugged.

"I see you fixed your laptop's microphone." Emily intercepted, Lilly nodding proudly. "Honestly Chloe and I have no idea."

"We all know Beca, maybe she needed some air?" CR asked.

Emily shook her head. "She didn't look overwhelmed or anything, in fact..." The girl looked around to make sure Chloe wasn't close. "She had this whole thing planned for her anniversary with Chloe."

The few Bellas gasped.

As the girls on the video chat let the news sink in and Chloe tried to avoid thinking about everything that was happening, Beca was sitting in a room with her mother and a few other people who also were receiving chemotherapy.

Beca looked as the nurse finished to take her mother's blood. "What is it like?"

Caren looked at her daughter in confusion. "The chemo or having at least a needle in my body 24/7?"

"Uh the chemo." Beca replied.

As the nurse put an IV in her arm Caren looked away, facing her daughter.

"Once the IV is in." She said squinting her eyes. "The rest is just a big K.O., not that bad." The older woman said as she relaxed in her seat.

In a matter of seconds, Beca's mother had fallen in a deep sleep. The younger girl was actually relieved her mother wasn't snoring. Yet.

Feeling her phone buzz in her hand, she walked out of the room and accepted the call.

"What's up?"
