NOT PROOF CHECKED- carrying on for Rory's POV after part 4
Rory's POV
"yeah sure" i smile and he walks out the door. I turn around and walk through the living room to the kitchen where my mum is standing with her arms folded over her chest.
"So...." she raises her eyebrows and gives me one of those 'care to explain what just happened' looks.
"That was Luke" I state the obvious
"Yes I know that" she rolls her eyes, her voice dripping with sarcasm. I roll my eyes back.
"He was here because I felt like we needed to get to know about each other more seeing as we spent all afternoon together and will probably see one another a lot at school" I shrug.
"Why did you spend all afternoon together?"
"well you know he's new around here? I was just giving him a tour of the town and stuff"
"Oh ok" she smiles. I nod back. After a few seconds we both burst into giggles, we're rarely ever serious with each other so it was hard to keep straight faces.
"Ok, I'll see you later" I smile leaving the room" I've got some homework I gotta do"
"Alrighty. dinner will be around 6:00 sound ok?"
"Yup" I pop the 'p'.

Throwing my stuff onto my bed I walk over to my docking station and plug in my phone. I put it on shuffle and instantly my favourite song comes on, talk about luck (Jasey Rae by All Time Low)
Lights out, I still here the rain

Now keep my fingers from making mistakes

And keep my conscience clean when I wake
I slide away from the docking station ,on my fluffy socks, singing the lyrics. Of corse the dance moves break out, and I do have some pretty great dance moves if I say so my self.

My phone goes of. I walk over to see who's texted me

Wait? really? I walk over to the window and look over to the house across the street. I can't help but laugh at Luke who is stood waving like a maniac. I wave back.

I look back out the window and smirk at him as he reads my text. He looks up with his hand on his chest and pretends to fake sob

Does he mean that like-like a date? suddenly I get that tingling feeling in my stomach again. I look out my window to see him staring at me biting his lip. I blush and look away.
"RORY DINNERS READY!!" mum yells up the stairs.

Well I've got dinner right now, but I can come over in an hour? If you want? xx
Once I've sent the text I look back out the window to him. he reads the text and smiles.

Baby? I'm sure that's just a joke flirting thing but it still makes the butterflies grow and my cheeks heat up. I look up at Luke to see him bitting his lip, he winks at me, smiles at his phone and then walks away from the window. I'm gunna have to learn to deal with how hot he is because fuck.
