The Force of Love.

Chapter Twenty-Three

Lewis's POV-
I'm sitting next to Kylo's bedside.
I brush his hair off his face and kiss his forehead.
I don't know what's going on, I want to kiss my beautiful boy before he either leaves this world or wakes up and kills us all like he killed my husband.
Han. I still can't grasp the idea that he's gone. That my baby boy killed him.
Kylo Ren is pure evil, but I thought Ben was in better control.
I guess I was wrong.
No mother, no father, no husband, a missing brother, and an evil son.
I sigh.
My family is torn apart.
But a little voice in the back of my mind whispers,
You gave Rey a mission. She wouldn't have come back if she haven't suceeded. She would have died trying to bring him home to you.
I hope that little voice is right.
There's a sudden beeping from both Rey and Kylo's heart monitors.
They both gasp and the same time and their eyes fly open.
They sit up, turn, and fall into each other in an embrace.
"Ben!" Rey cries into his shoulder, and he holds her tighter.
"Rey." He breathes and kisses her.
I gasp loudly.
They both turn to me.
"Oh Leia. I-I didn't see you there."  Rey says blushing.
"Mother." Kylo-Ben? Says to me a breath of awe on his face.
"B-Ben? Is it really you?" I cry.
"Mother it is me." He smiles and embraces me.
I hug him and cry into his shoulder.
My boy has come home.

Rey's POV-
Leia hugs Ben and and then hugs me.
"I though you guys would never wake up!" She cries.
"What happened to us?" I ask.
"Well don't get angry, but Poe shot you out of the sky." she says.
"Poe? You mean that man Finn escaped the former first order with?" I say.
"Yes. That one. And what in the world do you mean by former First Order Rey? I know that you might have been kept prisoner for a while, but since your here with Ben, you of all people would know that the first order is still a very real and very large threat."
"Um well that's part of the reason we came." I nervously giggle a little and say,
"Umm Leia, may I introduce you to Supreme Leader Solo, All powerful Leader of the former First Order, know known As The Grey Order.
"Wh-what?" Leia says.
"I Am the Leader of The Grey Order  mom." Ben says.
"It's a third and final order in the galaxy. It will unite the light sides and the dark sides  of the universe, bringing us into a new era. This is what the Force wants us to do. But, only Ben and I can create this new order.
We are the only Grey Jedi in existence." I tell Leia.
She sits heavily on the edge of Bens hospital bed.
"And Ben has already gained control of the dark side, uniting that half of the universe,
But now you need the resistance to agree. The light side to unite with the dark side."
"Yes." I say to her.
"Rey. You are such a smart and beautiful human. I'm glad you and my son are finally bringing peace to this galaxy that has suffered to much, for to long. I gladly announce you the new general of The Grey Order."
She smiles and me.
"Oh Leia thank you!" I say to her and hug her tightly.
"I'll leave you two to dress, but come to the announcement hall as soon as your ready, so we can tell everyone."
"Alright." Ben says, and Leia leaves.
We dress separately and then meet in the hallway. I'm wearing my everyday clothes but Ben looks very different out of his usual all Black attire.

I smile as him and take his hand.
"You look very handsome Supreme Leader." I say teasingly.
"And you look stunning, as always General Kenobi."
I look up at him in shock.
"You know?" I ask.
"Our minds our connected Rey. I know about it all. I'm so sorry about your family. They died heroes."
I hug him tightly and he kisses my forehead.
"Ready? To greet your people?" He says to me.
"As ready as I'll ever be." I say, and I step into the meeting room.
Hundreds of watchful eyes turn to stare at me and Ben. I look for Finn, and I find him in the crowd, standing next to a Hispanic man the must be Poe. I smile back and give a little wave. Me and Ben walk over and stand next to Leia.
"Today my son and his love return home." Leia begins and there a reason gasps around the room.
One man says,
"Your saying that this man with Rey is Kylo Ren?"
"No. Kylo Ren perished. This man once was Kylo Ren, but he has returned to me. This is my Son Ben. And he is the supreme leader of the former First Order, now known as The Grey Order.
And this is your new General. I am retiring as general, but I will still be here. Rey?" She says and turns to me. I step forward.
"I-I am General Kenobi. My grandfather was Obi-Wan Kenobi. My family was resistance fighters. But I am now your leader. Supreme leader Solo and I are creating a new order. The Grey Order. The force wants us to do so. There has been to much fighting, for to long. Light and dark will finally reunite creating peace. Though the dark side has done some terrible things, we have killed also. We must fill our hearts with forgiveness if we are to succeed. Are you with me?"
There's silence. I bow my head in sorrow.
But then there's a shout.
It's Finn. He's standing in the center row.
"I believe in you Rey! Long live General Kenobi!" He shouts.
Then Poe stands.
"God dammit! Long Live General Kenobi!
Then C3-po says,
" I believe General Kenobi will be fit and wise general."
Leia says loudly,
"I will always Stand by General Kenobi!"
And then the crowd erupts in shouts of joy.
"Long live General Kenobi!" They scream.
I smile and laugh. I fling myself into Ben's open arms.
He laughs and spins me around.
"Ben we did it! We did it!" I shout with joy.
"We did it Rey!" He laughs and places a sloppy kiss on my lips.
I turn to the crowd and announce,
"Get ready to deport, we are flying to Naboo to build our kingdom!"
"Yes General!" They shouted, and left the room hurriedly.
Finn and the man I think is Poe run up to me and Ben and Leia.
"Rey! I mean General Kenobi! I'm sooooo glad your ok!" He says, and he throws his arms around my neck. I hug him back fiercely.
"Finn! I missed you!" I say to him.
I step back and take Ben's hand.
"This is my love, Supreme Leader Ben Solo.
"Ben meet Finn.
Finn meet Ben."
"I'm glad to meet you. And though your body was once inhibited by Kylo Ren, I know that since Rey loves you, you really are Ben Solo, and because of that I trust you with my very life." Finn says, and he shakes his hand vigorously.
"Oh.. Um thank you." Ben says, confused with Finns large amount of emotion.
Poe then steps forward and sticks out his hand to me.
"I'm Poe. I'm really sorry about almost killing you." He says to me, boastful and confident swagger radiating off him.
"Oh it's all right. I've survived many things worse than that in the past 3 months."
"Is that where you got all those scars on your hands and face?" Finn asks.
"Yes. They actually intersect over my whole body. I'm lucky that I survived, and with only one scar across my face." I tell them.
"But if you don't mind, I don't really like to talk about it."
Leia nods, but then asks,
"I know you don't like to talk about it, so I'll stop after this, but what happened?"
I sigh.
"I was kidnapped by General Armitage Hux. He tried to kill me by electrically whipping me to death. He wanted me to die because Ben loved me instead of him. Ben ended up saving me before I died, but Hux escaped, where he later almost killed me again. He's still alive and missing." I say looking at my feet.
Ben hugs me tightly.
"He won't be for much longer love." He murmurs.
"Yes. He will never hurt you again." Leia says.
"He won't live through the year." Finn says.
"What a bastard." Poe says.
I smile weakly at them.
"Thanks you guys." I whisper.
"We should get going dear." Says Leia.
"Your right." I say and I wipe my eyes on the back of my sleeve.
"To Naboo." Ben says.
"To Naboo." We echo.
And we exit the room towards the deporting ships.
