Dance Dance! (Misael x M!Reader)

Misael, not known for a dancer. Though, he is known to be very elegant. Only a selective group of people know his graceful moves. So yes, Misael is a pretty decent dancer. People may say his moves are not in style. They're full of neat steps, they're not as mainstream as other's. Dancing is about expressing yourself throughout musical gestures, so this is how Misael's shows his personality. Meanwhile with (y/n), he's not big of a dancer. Sure, he'll dance with his friends or to his favorite funky song. Though he's not one for dancing in the public eye.

He's also not the worst dancer, or the best. It's right in the middle, with Misael. However, they're nowhere near mediocre. So, they're not bad. Though they don't dance in their spare time. So going to a dance was totally out of question. However, they purchased tickets to this themed dance. This is not prom, this is a simple dance for a fundraiser. Plus, this dance has a theme in costume. What's the costume theme? Beach theme. That means people in beach-dresses, life guard wear, floats, etc. will be attending. Of course there are a few rules, you have to cover up if you're wearing a swimsuit.

Yuma dragged everyone into this dance. He wants everyone to dress. Of course everyone went, only some people dressed up together. They wanted to match and all. (y/n) and Misael matched, they dressed up as life guards. They looked too cute together. Meanwhile Yuma, Alito, and Vector wore the same Hawaiian styled shirt, they looked like nerd. Cute nerds.

It is a dance after all, so there some dancing required here. But (y/n) and Misael stood awkwardly by the snack table. They told jokes and spent that time together.  Of course, their friends really want them on the dance floor.

"C'mon guys! It's not dance if you're not dancing!" Yuma smiled.

"I don't feel like dancing right now, I don't like this song." Misael responded as he sipped from his fruit punch.

"It's Closer by The Chainsmokers, I like this song!" Yuma smiled.

"It's catchy." (y/n) responded.

"See! He gets it! So Misael, you promise to dance to the next song? If you don't, (y/n) is officially my date for the rest of night!" Yuma laughed.

"Yuma that's not funny!" Misael barked.

"I'm not interested in you." (y/n) giggled, "But you're cute, however Misael is the only one for me!"

He placed a kiss on his cheek, he pulled away, "Now shoo! We'll dance soon! Shoo shoo!"

Yuma sighed and walked away. He joined the crowd and danced along with Rio and Alito. Alito of course was getting it down, he's great with moving his body.

"We're not actually going to dance after this song." Misael sighed.

"Yuma is right though, you do owe me a dance before the nigh ends!" (y/n) chuckled, he kissed Misael's nose.

After the song passed, the next one came along.

♪ Aye, I'm just tryna make way out to the concrete jungle. ♪

Now this was a pretty catchy song, this song wanted to make (y/n) get down and dirty. (y/n) pulled Misael onto the dance floor. He gasped and followed. (y/n) held his hands and looked into his eyes. He moved his body and spun himself around. Misael smiled lightly and began to move along with him. This song made Misael think differently. He wanted to dance in a certain way. He wanted to jump up and down.

Misael pulled (y/n) closer to him. They shared a kiss, then Misael spun him around. (y/n) began to laugh. This song was so fun to dance to. (y/n) moved his hips, he got closer to the floor. He rose back up, Misael flipped his hair (almost following it to the beat).

No wonder why they had a different mindset when this song came on. This song was all around funky and amazing to dance to.

"Misael!" (y/n) spoke over the music.

"What is it?!" Misael smiled.

(y/n) pulled him closer, "Don't let go of me! I wanna dance with you all night!"

Misael's smile widened, "Of course! I love you!"
