Walking down to the lake, at 2:39 in the early morning seems like a terrible idea. But these two are introverts, they both collectively agreed to do something like this. Their idea was simple enough; swimming with glow sticks. It was a surreal yet wonderful idea. (y/n) was actually excited for this, but she felt nervous. What if someone caught them? Their idea was to runaway from the person and cry indoors. Probably have anxiety for the rest of the week, but yet again, it's too late. Who would be out here looking for teens swimming?

With that on the mind, of course these two were very hesitant about this. Though, it would be a good experience. They're doing something actually daring and fun. Swimming with glow sticks with your lover seems so surreal. However, when their with one another, love feels so abstract. No one ever knows what to expect from love. That's why love is absolutely terrifying, but so amazing. You don't know what's next, so it keeps you on your toes. That's how these two felt for one another. Every day seemed so new for these two. Different smiles and different kisses each day.

They finally reached the lake. (y/n) placed her bag on the grass and did a soft sigh. The night air was fairly cool, but it wasn't too cold. (y/n) removed her dress and fixed her bathing suit straps. Yusaku took off his shirt and placed it on his own bag. He then removed his own from his pocket and stuffed it deep into his backpack. (y/n) rubbed her arms and tried to settle her beating heart. She was taking deep breaths, and trying to count. (y/n) closed her eyes and rested her own hands on her shoulders. Her arms were closed as he head tilted down.

Yusaku rubbed her back, with a small smile. (y/n) opened her eyes back up and looked up at the male. She smiled back and gave him a small kiss. (y/n) placed her arms behind her back and looked over at the lake. Meanwhile, Yusaku was getting out the glow sticks. He gave a good portion to (y/n). They bent them and placed it on themselves. Luckily, they came prepared for the glow stick part. (y/n) even wraped a thin bendy glow stick around her head, like a crown. She then placed on Yusaku. (y/n) chuckled lightly, they're the king and queen of this.

The two held hands and walked over to the water. The docks made creaking noises as they stepped on them. The once still water became vibrant with ripples from them. (y/n) and Yusaku finally reached the end of the dark. Usually, it's so colorful and beautiful here. Since it's night though, it's hard to see where everything is. Only their glow sticks can give them the way. (y/n) stuck her foot into the water. It was cold, very cold. (y/n) took her foot out and shivered. Yusaku couldn't help but to laugh. She's honestly too cute.

"Want me to go in first?" Yusaku asked.

(y/n) nodded, "If you can handle it."

Yusaku rolled his eyes, he then jumped into the water. (y/n) gasped and shivered once more as some water got on her. Yusaku rose to the top, he flipped his hair and smiled. He lifted his hand out from the water, "Come in, it's nice!"

(y/n) sighed, "Well if you insist, Dear."

(y/n) jumped into the water. Her feet hit the bottom and she pushed herself up. It wasn't that deep, She was only a couple of inches away from the bottom. (y/n) clung onto Yusaku with some worried eyes.

He kissed her forehead, "You're okay, don't worry."

(y/n) splashed him and laughed.
