Stiles POV

It's been a few weeks since that night, when Derek kissed me and I can't say that I'm 100% back to my usual self but I'm slowly getting there, Isaac has become a permanent fixture, whenever I go round to Derek's and some people might think that he was getting in the way of our starting relationship, that isn't the case, I don't think we are ready to actually move it along, not just the physical either, so at the moment we just hang out and watch movies or talk about somethings, at the moment I'm at home making dinner for me, pops, Derek, Isaac and Jackson, I smiled thinking about Jackson and when he came around the next morning

Flashback

I woke up slightly groggy I panicked a bit when I realised I wasn't in my own bed, then a voice stopped me "hush Stiles it's okay your safe" I turned my head and saw sourwolf holding me in place and then the events from last night came rushing back to me, causing me to calm down "you alright now" Derek asked softly, I nodded my head before answering "yeah sorry about that, forgot where I was for a minute there" he nodded and pulled me closer to his body "this doesn't make you uncomfortable does it" he asked softly, it took me a few minutes to figure out what he meant, then I remembered what he whispered last night and the kiss, I blushed thinking about it which caused him to chuckle and since I couldn't get any words out I just shook my head telling him it wasn't, I heard him sigh in relief before I felt him stiffen "what's wrong" I whispered slightly worried "Isaac want's to know if you want something to eat, Jackson's down there and he smells annoyed" he replied watching my reaction closely, I frowned for a second "pup doesn't know how to cook and why would Jac be annoyed it's only...." I trailed off my eyes widen when he showed me the time on his phone "how is it 2:00 in the afternoon" I stuttered out completely confused

"You needed the sleep and since there was no school, I didn't see the point in waking you up" he paused then whispered "plus I got to hold you in my arms longer" and was he blushing.....Derek Hale was blushing but then...."I didn't have any nightmares" I asked afraid for the answer, when he shook his head I stared at him in awe "nope, I'm hoping it was because I was with you" he smirked looking like he liked that idea, I chuckled and if I'm being honest I hope so too "why don't we get up and I'll cook something to eat before pup burns the kitchen down" I offered trying to move his arm, I huffed when he refused to let me go, I turned to look at him when I suddenly had his lips on mine, I froze but when he started to move away I rushed forward to reconnect them, it wasn't fast and heated it was a merely getting to know each other type of kiss and it was perfect "sorry I didn't want to rush but I had to make sure it was real" he whispered softly and then I realised that Derek is scared about getting hurt again, maybe we can help each other out "it was real" I replied smiling gently before slowly getting out of bed and into his bathroom to do my morning routine, which I have to say I haven't truly been doing that much since I wasn't in the right frame of mind

When I finished and went back into the bedroom, I saw Derek standing there waiting for me "Isaac went to yours last night and spoke to your dad before getting a few of your things" he said softly handling me some clean clothes, I nodded at least pops would know where I am "do you think I could get a shower first" I asked blushing a little because I probably smell a bit, since I don't remember the last time I had one, I watched him smile "sure go ahead, I'll jump into the shower in the other room and wait for you here, okay" he offered and with a slight hesitation placed a quick kiss on my lips and then he was gone, I stood there for a few seconds longer before moving back into the bathroom the minute, I got in shower and the water was running down my body, I realised that I haven't become depressed or had any negative thoughts and I knew that was because of Derek, I must of been in the shower too long because the next thing I heard was Derek, calling from the other side of the door "Stiles are you okay in there" I could hear the worry in his voice "yeah sorry Der" I called back quickly getting out and drying before getting dressed, when I opened the door I saw the look in his eyes filled with concern, the moment he laid eyes on me he sighed in relief
