Chapter 7

Hyuna's P.O.V

I put on the black apron, while looking around. It's early in the morning, and I'm in the restaurant. Since I'm done will all the boys' shooting. So I'm in the restaurant to help out eomma. While the twins head to school.

There aren't anyone in the restaurant yet. So i sit down, day dreaming. Is it enough? Like my salary. I don't do much work. It feels like it's not. It's like a part time job. Should i find for more, related jobs? Where should i apply? YG? SM? Cube? JYP? Pledis? Starship? Hmm... maybe i should try applying. Or i can ask Sejin oppa to slot me in.

Because if there aren't any shoots, I'll have to be in the restaurant. I'm not complaining but i feel like i got the money from my eomma. I want the salary comes from someone else. It feels like I'm using her money.

"Early in the morning and you're day dreaming." - eomma said as she hit my thighs.

"Ah eomma!" - i exclaimed in pain.

"Quick, wipe the tables." - she said.

"I already did that." - i said. She went to the kitchen while i stared at nothing. I heard someone walking in the restaurant. I immediately got up and invited the customer in.

It was a bunch of boys. They took a seat and discuss among themselves on what they're gonna have for breakfast. I sit behind the counter, waiting for them to call me. While waiting, i grab a pen, and the small book i had, doodling. Because I'm bored and sleepy. Am i the only one who does this?

"Excuse me." - i heard they called. I look up and they were looking at me. So i got up and walk towards them. I ask for their orders. Writing down their orders. After that, i told them to wait for awhile. I went to the kitchen, and hand the order to eomma. She immediately reads them and start cooking.

While i take small 4 bottles of plain water and place them on a small rounded tray. I bring them to their table and place them on the table. I put back the round tray to where it came from. While waiting for eomma to cook, i sit down and stared at nothing again. Hearing the door opens, i invited the customer in.

11 am...

Thank god that in the morning, it's not crowded. Wait till it's lunch time and dinner time. It's so crowded. All the customers that ordered theur food are eating and having small chats with their friends or family member. While i sit behind the counter, still day dreaming.

"Excuse me?" - someone said as i see a big figure in front of me. I look up and it was one of the boys from the first customer.

I immediately smile, "Yes? Can i help you?" - i asked. He smile.

"You kind of look familiar." - he said.

"Familiar? Sorry, I don't recognise you." - i said with a small smile.

"You're, Hyuna, Bae Hyuna?" - he asked. I widen my eyes.

"Can i know who are you?"

He smiles. "Daniel Kim." - he said. Ermahgawd. He was my crush back in university days. But he had a girlfriend so no point of it.

"Ahhhhhhh ah yes. Daniel. Hi. Sorry I didn't recognise you at all." - i said with a small smile. He giggled. He still looks handsome up till now.

"It's okay. You work here?" - he asked.

"Yeah. It's my parents restaurant, and i help out." - i explained.

"Oh i see. Maybe one day, we can hang out?" - he asked out of a sudden.

"Ah yeah. Yeah sure." - i said with a smile. He smiles. He hand me money.

"What for?" - i asked.
