Chapter 25

Hyuna's P.O.V

The same night...

PJ unnie started crying. I got panic. "What's wrong, unnie? Tell me." - i said. Her eye gaze didn't move but just looking at Daniel. I make her look at me. I see sadness her eyes. She lightly push my hands away. She face to Daniel again.

"I hate you, Daniel Kim!" - PJ unnie exclaimed.

"You know him?" - i asked.

"More than enough, Hyuna. He's my husband." - she said. I felt like i got struck by a lightning. PJ unnie cried more, as she ran away. Oh god no! She's pregnant!

"Unnie!" - i exclaimed. I felt a grip from my arm. I know who it was, Daniel.

"Get away from me, Daniel! How could you betray unnie like this? She's pregnant for god sake, Daniel Kim!" - i yelled. I don't care if people are watching us.

"I can expla-"

"I don't need any! You are so mean towards PJ unnie! You cancel dinners with her, saying you're meeting your client! She complains to me about your attitude! When those nights when we had dinner, she'll call me and ask me out for dinner because her husband ditched her!" - i yelled again.

"Isn't that client, me?! Why are you doing this! What wrong have unnie did to you that you're cheating on her?! She's your wife! Cheating on her best friend, me! How?! Why?!" - i yelled. My eyes were slowly getting blurred by my tears.

"You hurt her! You hurt your baby! You hurt me too! As these days pass, my feelings develop for you without me knowing. Thank god I didn't say a thing when you confessed. You're such a jerk, Daniel." - i yelled, my tears rolling down. He had his head down, keeping quiet.

"I hate you, Daniel Kim. Don't fucking find me again. You hurt PJ unnie and me, too much and deep in our hearts." - i said, with a death glare while pointing my index finger, right in front of his face. I backed away, and run. To find PJ unnie. I cried while running. My heart hurts so badly.

I thought Daniel will be the one for me. But, this is the fishy thing im him that i felt right from the start. Even if i had some feelings for him. I thought tonight, I'll tell him my feelings. As much as I'm hurt, i pity PJ unnie more. She's going through so many hardships, be it work, personal life and adding on, she's pregnant. I need to find her.

Making a right turn, i run in a park. "Unnie! PJ unnie!" - i exclaimed, searching for her. I don't care if it's at nigh and I'm screaming for PJ unnie. I run further in the park and saw her. My heart breaks into uncountable pieces, seeing her. She's sitting down, crying loudly, sweating and she just looks terrible.

I run towards her. She saw me. "Hyuna." - she called me, restlessly. I hug her tightly as she cried on my shoulders. I caress her head softly, while she's letting everything out. I end up crying along.

Because I'm hurt and feeling bad for PJ unnie. Tonight is such a long night. PJ unnie broke the hug as she sit down on the bench. I wipe my tears too and inhale softly, sitting next to her. It was quiet. Just filled with some crickets sounds, and our breathings.

"Now i know that fishy thing in him, unnie. He kept the secret about his marriage." - i said. She sighed.

"You like him?" - she asked.

"A little before i knew this. But now, i hate him." - i said. I look to her.

"Unnie, I'm sorry for hurting you. I have no idea he was your husband. I just know him from university." - i tried to explain. She sighed, and hug me. She started crying again. But softly this time.

"I know you tried not to be close to him. Don't worry, Hyuna. You're not at fault." - she said in between her cryings. She broke the hug, wiping her tears. She caress her bump.

"I'm sorry dear. Your appa... hais. Screw up." - she said to her baby. I feel bad for the baby.

"Unnie, sleepover my house. You don't need to face him. I'll take care of you." - i said. More like begging. With no answer, i held her right arm, bringing her out of the park and hail a taxi, to go home. In the taxi, she held my arm as she cried softly. I can't help but to cry too.

I can't believe Daniel can be this mean. I had small hopes for him. My instincts are right. Feeling like he's hiding something. I can't believe he's cheating on PJ unnie. How can he say that he likes me when he have PJ unnie? And now, PJ unnie is pregnant, his baby. I keep on wiping my tears using my sleeves.

Upon reaching our destination, i pay the ahjussi. We walk out of the taxi and walk in the building. Going to my house level, to my house door. I invited PJ unnie in. "Annyeonghaseyo." - PJ unnie greeted eomma.

"Oh you look familiar. You always come to our restaurant." - eomma said with a smile. PJ unnie nodded with a smile.

"This is PJ unnie, she's my best friend. She's sleeping over for today. It's fine, right, eomma?" - i asked.

"Of course~ make yourself at home, PJ." - eomma said, smiling.

"Thank you, Mrs Bae." - PJ unnie said with a bow.

"We'll be resting eomma. It's been a long day." - i said. Eomma hum with a smile. We walk pass eomma, going to my room. I gave PJ unnie, some comfy clothes for tonight. I let her use the bathroom first. While she's at it, i clean my room, here and there. Then, i sit at the edge of my bed, sighing.

My head can't stop thinking of Daniel. Of how mean he is. PJ unnie obviously wasn't his girlfriend back then in university days. I've never even see PJ unnie in my university. Who knows how they met. After she's done, i took my shower.

We had a small argument about who to sleep on my bed. My bed is king sized, so it's huge. As much as i wanna lay on my own bed, i want PJ unnie to be comfortable too. So i let her sleep on my bed, while i sleep on the floor. And so, we end up sleeping on the same bed.

We lay next to each other, staring at the ceiling. I have my hands, above my stomach and played with my fingers. It was quiet. "What are you going to do next, unnie?" - i asked, breaking the silence. She shrug.

"I am not sure of what i should do." - she said with a small sigh. She rub her bump softly. I let out a sigh.

Double update! Like i say I'm gonna update twice a day, starting from today onwards! So that i can finish this fanfic and i can start with the last fanfic of my series, which is Tae's fanfic! So I'm excited for that~
