Nathan Handed me our beautiful baby girl. She was perfect, my family was perfect for the first time in a long time it felt like nothing could go wrong. It was so perfect that it brought tears in my eyes

No Ones POV
Meredith Grey was brought back to reality not knowing it was all a dream from before she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's.
"Mom?" It was Zola, who is now in her 30s.
"Who are you?" Meredith asked her
"Mom its me Zola Your daughter"
"wheres Nathan?"
"Mom...you dont remember do you? she said looking down
"No where is he?"
"Mom he died in a plane crash 4 years ago"
"what about Madelyn"
"She died of SIDS a day after she was born. We were all asleep except for you and her heart stoped and it was to late too save her. You told us the next morning. " She said on the verge of tears
"And your father, hows derek?"
"He did what you said and did. You told him to move on so he did hes happily married and has another kid? He still asks about you I could call him if-"
"No leave him be" Meredith said Now crying
"Mom whats wrong?"
"Im alone. Everyone that i loved is gone or moved on"
"Im here mom and i always will be"
"Its okay, i am an extraordinary person, I can dance on my own"
