Something happens and you lose control becoming the ultimate bad girl and getting yourself arrested

If it were possible for a human to turn off their emotions, then that's exactly what I did.

I had lost so much.

I wasn't sure if this 'phase' was me not caring and being completely void of emotion or if it were me suffocating my emotions until they surfaced and I was ready to deal with them but for now? For now, I was back in bad habits.

I'm a witch, always have been one. Everyone in my family was one.

I got sent to the prison world when I went on a killing spree and killed people for fun...well not really fun if I was completely numb to any feeling.

My family was disgusted by me and wanted nothing to do with me; my grandmother convinced them to send me to the prison world to just try to get me to see my wrongs and right them.

When I got there and met Kai Parker...my emotions came back. I felt love and passion, I felt happiness and joy, I felt sadness and hurt, I felt everything. Extremely.

But when our time was up and we came back, we came back to nothing.

My family had died, I knew of not a single soul living. And that destroyed any feelings I had.

Kai slowly watched as I turned into someone he didn't recognize.

One night confirmed that I was no longer the Y/N he fell inlove with and now a complete stranger with my real self buried deep down.

"Fuck." I gasped as the police officers slammed me against the hood of the car.

I screamed out and kicked, thrashing, trying to get out of their steel grip.

They slammed my head and I completely blacked out.

"Great." I muttered, "And how long am I going to be in here?" I asked my lawyer.

"Depends on what you tell the judge, sweetheart."

"And what should I say? Since you have all the answers." I leaned back in the chair, licking my lips.

I swiped over an open cut and winced slightly.

"Tell. Tell them who-"

"I ain't no snitch."

"Oh, please. Now is not the time to-"

"Okay, fine. I know what I have to do, let's get this shit over with."

"I will not tolerate that language in my courtroom!"

"Oh, but you'll tolerate wearing fake jewelry and weave that isn't blended?"

"Excuse me?"

"Take me to jail already, hoe!"

"Wha-"

Everyone in the courtroom looked at me in shock, I shrugged and grinned, "Take me, O Heavenly Father. Please, I beg of you to take me."

I was ripped from my seat and pulled out of the room.

I laughed loudly and walked with them, passing the people that were behind me that I hadn't noticed.

I saw Kai looking at me with tears in his eyes and my face fell, "Kai."

"Kai!" I screamed and fought against the guards.

"Kai!" I yelled over and over until I could no longer see him and my throat felt like it was closing in on itself as my eyes watered and I choked up.

I never meant to hurt anyone. And that's when it all came flooding back.

I sat on the small stool and picked up the phone, "Hey." I held the phone with both hands, staring into Kai's eyes.

"Hey, babygirl. How is it in there?"

"I have protection and I can protect myself."

"How?"

"I didn't snitch." I shrugged and said as if it were the most obvious thing.

"I'm going to get you out of here, get Damon to compel some people-"

"No! No, I want to be here."

"What?"

"I- I'm starting to feel in here. It's really opening my eyes...when I come out I'll be myself again. I'll be better."

He nodded and looked down, "Hey." I tapped on the glass lightly and held my hand against it, "I love you, Kai."

He held his hand to mine, "I love you too, Y/N."

I dropped my things and sprinted to Kai, jumping in his arms.

"Oh!" He chuckled as I wrapped my legs around his waist and kissed all over his face.

"I love you, I love you, I love you!"

"I love you too, Y/N. We can go home now, baby."

"Gladly." I sighed and placed my hand in Kai's.

"It's good to have you back." Kai played with my hair.

"Really? You missed little old me?"

"I was lost without you, Y/N. I need you more than you know." He smiled.

I mirrored the smile and pecked his nose, "I'm so inlove with you, you sappy idiot."
