Chapter 20

Virgil's POV-
Suicidal Thoughts was actually my friend now. We'd been hanging out. Although I still had anxiety, it was better. I still worried all the time. That for sure wasn't going to change.
I mean- I am the living embodiment of anxiety after all!
But I missed Princey. I wanted him to be back. So I pulled out my phone and decided to tell him that.
Suddenly, I heard knocking. I fell off my bed, landing back on the floor.
"Ouch." I whispered quietly, rubbing the back of my head.
"Anxiety?" I heard Roman's familiar voice through the door. I quickly sprang up and ran to the door.
I swung open the door, and attacked him with a hug.
He chuckled, and we both started crying happy tears.
"You're back." He said happily.
"You are too!" I exclaimed.
Out of nowhere, Patton appeared behind us with a camera.
Giggling madly, he began snapping whatever photos he could get.
"I SHIP IT!" He yelled, scrambling back to his room.
We both blushed deeply at this statement.
"That reminds me." Roman began.
"So before... When you asked me out.... Was it just because you weren't yourself or..." He trailed off.
"No! No way! I- I really do like you, Princey." I looked down at my shoe in embarrassment.
He lifted my chin up, and connected his lips to mine. I was shocked for a while, then kissed back. Eventually, we released because unfortunately breathing is necessary for human survival.
"Would you like to go on a date with me?" Princey asked, smiling.
"Of course I would." I lightly smiled back, wrapping my arms around his waist.
We stayed like that for a while.
Eventually we heard footsteps and released. It was Su.
Roman tensed up. "You." He said, seething. "Roman, Su is my friend now."
"Friend?"
"Yes, friend."
He relaxed slightly. "Hey, Su!" I said.
A look of confusion lined his eyes. "Who's Su?" He asked.
I chuckled nervously. "Um, you."
"Sheesh. I've been here for years, you can't even remember my name?"
"What is your name then?" I asked nervously. "Depression." He stated matter of factly.
