Virgil's POV-
I woke up and breathed deeply, inhaling the fragrance of pancakes in the kitchen. I stretched and turned over in my bed, smiling lightly. Why was I in such a good mood? This wasn't healthy, surely. I quickly changed into my black hoodie that seemed to have come from an anonymous person... still don't know who I got it from. Then I combed my bangs and shook them in front of my face, then applied the black eyeshadow under my eye, smudging it.
Running out to the kitchen, I was greeted with Roman lightly humming a Disney song with a smile on his face. He flipped a pancake, then looked up at me and blushed. "Darn you, ruining the surprise!" He jokingly said.
"I just wanted to see you." Oh gosh why'd I say that. "Sweet. But patience is a virtue, my emo bean." He stated playfully, booping my nose.
"Yeah okay." I sarcastically rolled my eyes. "Says the person who wrote a letter asking the producers if Frozen 2 could come out a little earlier."
"I was eager, that's all!" He protested, leaving me chuckling to myself. I smiled lightly and glanced outside, then realizing it was completely dark, and the stars were shining forebodingly down at me. "Uh, Roman?" I asked, panic lining my voice. "Yes, darling?"
"What time is it?!" I screamed at him.
"It is..." He looked down at his wrist. "10:26 AM. Why?" "Look outside!" I whisper yelled. His eyebrows furrowed as his head swooped to the glass panel. "What ever do you mean?" His smile was saccharine, and fake, as if it was drawn onto his face.
My gaze returned to the outside world, filled with shimmering stars and a beautiful full moon grinning down at me, laughing at my confusion.
I began to panic, my anxiety kicking in, my breathing belabored and half sobs escaped from my lips.
"What's wrong, Virgil?" Fake concern in Princey's voice indicated his absence. "W-Where's the real one?" I choked out, voice cracking slightly.
He laughed quietly to himself. "You caught on quick. I wasn't expecting that. Good job." He clapped softly. "You haven't answered my question." I gritted my teeth. "WHERE'S THE REAL ONE?!"
"Fiesty." He smirked. "Oh also,"
"WHAT is it?!" I growled.
"I'm not telling you."A/N- I'm so sorry! I haven't updated in forever, and I feel horrible! I will try to update more frequently, I swear! Also, thanks for reading, and I'll see you in the next chapter!
