Chapter 27

A/N- Okay, so I think silence is somehow breaking down the fourth wall. I don't know how yet. But that's the only way that her and Corruption could live outside of the mind. Right? That's what she's doing- breaking the fourth wall while Corruption is breaking them. I'm just recording what's happening. I'm just the narrator. She can't do this.
Thomas' POV-
What the heck just happened? Sybil? How was she there the whole time? A pang of guilt struck me. We never noticed her. I feel kind of... sorry for her. I always get sad when I'm left out, but... I couldn't begin to fathom living her whole life like that. Now her and Corruption are working together to bring us down. This had to stop. Logan, Patton, Virgil, and I had to work together to get Corruption out of Roman.
Virgil's POV-
Morality was waking up slowly. He lifted his eyelids carefully, and beamed when he saw Logan's concerned eyes looking back at him. Patton sprang up immediately, impulsively closing the gap between them. Thomas gasped. I smiled a bit. I knew this would happen eventually. Then Corruption butt in. "What a sweet moment! I'd hate to ruin it." He snarled coolly. Logic and Morality released each other. Thomas and I rushed over to them, creating a barricade so we could stand together. He grabbed hold of Logan's shirt collar, causing him to sputter and choke. He dropped him, leaving Logic to crumble to his knees. Patton quickly bent over, placing his arms around him as Logic had comforted him before. There was caring and love in his eyes. Until there wasn't. The love and calm was replaced with hatred and a burning fire of anger. But he wasn't looking at the logical trait anymore. He was glaring at Corruption. The most unexpected thing happened next. Morality yanked his hair pulling his head down, and kneed his stomach with such force that no one that ever knew the lovable character could ever expect from him. My jaw dropped along with my stomach. Patton kept attacking, tears now in his eyes as he relentlessly beat him, throwing wild punches, kicks, and scratches.
He slowed his attempts finally. Corruption now lay on the floor, blood seeping from his nose and bleeding through the carpet yet again. Patton breathed heavily, and then fell back, landing in Logic's arms, who, had come to long before Roman's imposter lay on the bloodied ground.
"Wow." Thomas commented. Impressed on how much everyone underestimated him. "Yeah, sheesh." I said, eyes locked on Roman's unconscious form.
A white, ghost like figure glided out of Prince's body, floating behind us. All three of us turned, looking at the newly introduced, Sybil. She was very, very tall, but not lanky. Her hair was a youthful looking white with blue streaks. The face of Silence was surprisingly stunning. Perfectly chiseled, it looked as if it were carved out of pure marble. Her creamy skin was lovely also, covering her high cheek bones. Evenly colored, and was a gorgeous contrast with her striking green eyes and mocha skin.
Her outfit, clung to her shape, and cascaded down her figure like a waterfall, pouring down at her feet. It was a silky white dress.
The way she looked upon everyone with her green pupils, suggested that she was in charge. It gave off a look of superiority.
Her thin lips stretched across her face in an arrogant smirk.
"So, you're silence?" Logan adjusted his glasses thoughtfully.
She did nothing but gain a look of amusement in her eyes.
I rolled my eyes. "She's Silence. She can't talk, Logan."
"Well then, it's good I fluent in Sign Language." He stated calmly.
"What?" Morality, Thomas, and I all exclaimed at once. "How do you know Sign Language?" I asked, bewildered.
"I don't even know Sign Language." Thomas concluded.
"We all have our talents." He said.
Then he turned to Sybil and signed "What are you going to do to us?" She smiled, relieved that someone could communicate through her. She signed back, "I'm going to break the fourth wall. I'm going to bring Corruption back to life. And we're going to live together in the real world."
"Uhh..." Logan said, unsettled. "She informed me that she will break the fourth wall, bring Corruption back to life, and live with him outside of the mind."
"How is that even possible?" Morality said. "I'm not sure."
