Chapter .003

Corie POV
Its been one week since my date with Austin. One week since I felt free and alive, and one week since I stormed away from him. Yes the date was magnificent , but I just cant allow myself to open up to anyone especially him. After we landed on ground we drove to Freedom Park and had a cute little lunch, everything was fine until he started asking me questions like where am I from? Tell me about tour parents? And my most favorite tell me about you? Its those questions that make me choke. They bring about feelings that put me in such a sad mood. Truth be told I'm a nobody , I'm ugly and no one likes me. So I removed myself from the situation and ignored his calls and attempts . Its best that I be alone, and stay out of the way.

I decided to get out the house today so I grabbed my phone and hooked it up to my beats pill and blasted Justine Skye. After my hygiene regimen I walked to my closet and decided to put on some blue skinnies with rips at the knees and white top ,my gray fuzzy jacket and matching thigh high boots with a heel. I had no idea where I was going but I wanted to get out the house. I applied my light make up and slicked my hair into a ponytail and made my way downstairs. I decided that I would go get a mani and pedi then do some shopping. Even though my social life is ass, I still take pride in looking good at all times. If nothing else cant no one say I dont look tf good ahhkay!

Later on.....

After getting my pampering on I went to the Premium outlets to spend some money. Truth be told yes I work but I was left a-lot of money from my parents so Im pretty much straight but I like to work and provide for myself. I decided to go to Maurices and see what they had. As I walked up my heart literally started to beat out of my chest. There stood Austin talking to some man. I tried to swiftly walk past but he caught me , no seriously he caught before I could kiss the ground. Thats right I tripped over my own foot and almost hit the ground.
Austin: Damn ma you good??
Corie: Yes thank you!
Austin: So you got some explaining to do Corie....
Smh I just walked away , I heard him say good bye to the man he was talking to and footsteps close behind me.
Walking into Maurice's I went straight to my side and of course the sexy pest was hot on my trail.
I turned around and gave him the what the fuck face
Corie: why are you following me , it's obvious Im not interested so if you would PLEASE go away ....
He started laughing like full blown laughing , when he stopped he grabbed my waist pulling me close and whispered in my ear " You beautiful as hell already but damn when you get feisty your sexy as fuck, but Im not going anywhere so stop running from me". Can I just say that being this close to this man had me so damn weak if he wasn't holding me Im pretty sure I would of hit the floor. Swallowing-the lump in my throat I simply said ok!

Austin POV
After spending all day with Cor , I realized that she is going to be the death of me. Trying to get her to talk was like asking for a million dollars, but something about her had me drawn to her. She is so mysterious, yet so gentile and fragile. I can tell that I did something to her with my words and that left a little hope for me.
We were now at this place called CowFish eating and the silence was killing a nigga.
Austin: Cor Im not crazy , I just want to get to know you.
Corie: I'm nothing special , I just dont see the point
Austin: Zero! You are special , first of all you carry yourself very well, your eyes tell a story and Im sure that the story you hold onto makes you beyond special. Im not trying to get anything from you except for you to be open with me. I wont disrespect you or hurt you. Everyone needs someone, let me be that someone. Truth be told Im just trying be in Cories world!
She just stared at me, it was like she was looking into my soul searching for something and after a few minutes she smiled and said ok. Who would of thought that one word would make me all mushy inside like a kid or some shit. We talked for a few minutes more and then decided to call it a night. When we got outside I pulled her in for a hug and she surprised the hell out of me by kissing me. Shorty had a nigga feeling things Ive never felt before . I guess she realized what she did and suddenly hopped back.
"Im sorry Austin , I dont know what came over me". I smirked and pulled her in for more , it was like I was addicted.

Yea its a matter of time before Corie becomes mine.
