Corie POV
Annoyed was an understatement, why is he here?? Like who invited him! I had so many questions but knew now was not the time.

I turned my attention back to Myra and poured up 2 more shots. Myra side eyeing me followed suit and we cheered and drunk up.

Myra: SOOOOOOOO sis whats up, who is that???

Corie: Nobody he is nobody literally.

Myra: mmhmmm sooo why was nobody burning a hole in your face, and why were you acting like you saw a ghost!!!!

Corie: first off I feel like this man is stalking me he keeps popping up ... Like dude not you again go that wayyyyyyy..

Myra: Ok Big Pun-et*lololol*

Corie: lol but no for real I sure would like to know who tf knows him because he gotta go I don't even feel comfortable no more.

Myra: Ummmm I can do some snooping and find out, but in the meantime stay clear of shawty if you want to live... Cause my bro will flip the fuck out.

Corie: I am let's go out back and see what's going on.

We grab our liquor and shot glasses and head to the backyard. It was scorching hot. Like damn I will never, can never visit or live in hell.

Looking around for shade I spotted the tree towards the back and went and grabbed a chair and headed to mark my spot. With Myra in tow I told her to go see how long on the food because I was starting to feel those shots. Agreeing she headed to the grill while I sat down. 

Minding my business and sipping my cocktail... I noticed Austin going in the house, smiling to myself that man looks so good to me! Today was just a good day to be alive and vibin

But of course all of those good thoughts were interrupted by the "stalker".

Jay: So we meet again pretty lady....?

Corie: No we don't, like you're becoming a bad nightmare, who do you even know here?

Jay: LOL girl don't do that! And my bro is friends Tony! So here I am.

Corie: Great! Now go back over there with your bro and them...
Jay: Na I like it over here better * looking me up and down*

Corie: Yea well there is no room for you, plus my boyfriend wouldn't appreciate the looks you giving his queen.

Jay: What he don't know won't hurt him, plus if he isn't careful he might just lose a good thing, pretty lady.
I don't know when he said that I instantly got killer vibez. Looking around for Myra or Bae or Tony it seem like no one was near or available.

What the actual fuck man! Deciding to remove myself from this awkward encounter I stood up and went to leave but he grabbed my arm...

Jay: Didn't mean to scare you bae, I'm just saying I get what I want and I certainly don't mind a little chase. It makes the win so much better!

And with that he walked off! It left me stunned not because I'm intrigued but because the AUDACITY of this man!
Meanwhile back in the house....

Austin POV
I went in the house to grab the rest of the food for my boy T. I cut the corner kind of quick causing me to drop some pans. I bent over to pick them up and stood back up to come face to face with this cute chick.

"My bad, I didn't even notice you right there"

Girl: You good! Kei... and you are?

Austin: Austin, nice to meet you enjoy yourself!

I wasn't even about to play myself. Grabbing what I needed I headed to the door when I peeped some dude all in my lady face. Quietly I watched the interaction which seemed a little familiar. It wasn't until he grabbed her arm that I got slightly annoyed and ready to go. Once dude walked away I headed back outside.

Passing Tony the food I stood to the side lost in my thoughts. Don't get me wrong I'm not an insecure person at all and I certainly trust my girl but she def not saying something!
Shaking it off I notice her coming my way.

Corie: Hey babe *leaning in to kiss my neck*

Austin: Hey mama, we need to talk later

Corie: ...uh ok, everything ok?

Austin: Should be!
Leaning in I kissed her cheek and went over to the boys, looking over my shoulder I winked at her. I did that to take the edge off because I know she was now nervous... Hell it as written all over her face!

I went by Cease one of Tony's homeboys! It was him and two others that I've seen around before, and then ol boy that was all in bae's face.
Minding my business sipping my drink I tuned in on their convo.

Cease: Man you always smiling in some chick face! You just mad she don't want you....

Jay: Correction she doesn't want me YET! Big difference...

Cody: Na man she not feeling it plus didn't she say she got a dude... yo ass stay looking for drama

Jay: man whatever I just no what I want... and she is it!
No longer able to stay quiet I let out a hardy chuckle

Austin: Man listen you might want to relax off my girl! She good where she at and she not going anywhere besides you not even in her lane!

Jay: ohhhh so you're the "boyfriend"... for now! Besides she doesn't know it right now but the MAN she needs is patient and persistent!

Austin: Listen my guy... you don't want these problems so I suggest you remove yourself.
Feeling my anger rise, I was just about to walk away before I heard him some slick shit...

"Corie really not dating this simp lol"???

Wait how he know her name? Is she really allowing this man to play in her face? What the fuck is going on
