"no!" the earth pony shouted, not with anger and more with annoyance
"oh please applejack, the fashion show is tonight, and my main model is sick, oh please you have to do this for me!" the unicorn pleaded, but the farm pony still stood her ground
"I said no rarity, I'm not dressing up in some fancy outfit for some fashion show" she finished with a huff
The white unicorn placed her hoove on the earth ponies one
"oh please applejack, it would mean the world to me"
Dame it, I can't say no to those eyes
Applejack huffed once more before giving up her dignity completely
"fine, I'll do ya fashion show!" at that moment rarity eyes lit up with excitement
"oh thank you Jackie! You won't regret this!" the unicorn said before rushing out of the room to go and grab the dresses
"I hope not"
"now presenting miss raritys first dress of the evening, we have miss Jack" the presenter said into the microphone as cheering erupted form the crowed of pony's
Applejack gulped, she wasn't ready for this, she couldn't do it... But rarity, she couldn't let her down after saying she'd do it. Oh jeez, what has she gotten herself into!
The farm pony thoughts were interrupted as she was pushed up on stage
"go on then, walk" one of the members of backstage whispered at her, having lost all of her dignity at this point she desided to suck it up and get it over with shouting her eyes as tight as she could she walked to the front of the runway, all she could hear has the cheering of the crowd, but there was one voice in particular that was heard above all, rarity, the earth pony open her eyes at looked at the unicorn and smiling, this was totally worth it, just too see that smile on her friends face
So what if she wasn't fancy or anything like that
She was enough for rarity
And that was enough for her.
Applejack had made her way backstage and got unchanged, and undid her hair, she then started looking for her hat
"hey, any pony seen my hat!" she shouted down the corridor, slightly panicking
She was shocked when it was placed on her head with a giggle coming form behind her, she turned around and saw rarity
"looking for this I see"
"rarity! I thought you were going to a party with fancy pants after the show" the earth pony said slightly confused
"well, I know how much you hated that whole ordeal so I thought I'd treat us to some ice cream!" she said levitating two gold bits with her magic, applejack smiled at the gesture it wasn't alot, but to her it was everything
"sure come on lets go"
