As time went on, the man came back to the family as they were helping unload some cargo for the people who lost their homes and needed food and water. The man spoke up, "I have some good news...and...I have some bad news..."
The two quickly finished the load and headed right over to him, the father spoke up, "So? What's the bad news? Get that out of the way..."
"Well," The man hesitated, "Bad news is, we found her campsite but she wasn't there no more...On the plus side though, we managed to get a lead where she is heading, up north."
"Up North? Why would she-" the father was interruped abruptly.
A very lean, and tall man at the front desk had, what seemed to be, missing fliers and he seemed mad and threw them at the nurses at the counters. This went on for at least 2 minutes as then with a snap of what 'calm' he had, he tried to reach over the counter and tried to grab the nurse by the neck; but before he could lay a finger on him, cops detained the man immediately. Some hawks were pecking at it this morning, trying to get whatever meat it had left in it that wasn't scorched," the man said in full detail
The father and mother looked at each other, then the morhter hesitated, "W-We don't have a grown dog...the only dog we have is Lilly and she is still a pup."
"We are on that, but for now, if there is anymore things that we find, we will let you know," the man said nodding at them, kindly.
The father waved and the mother was close to the father, as the father hugged her, she spoke, "John, where could she be going?"
"I dunno, Betty....I don't know..." John said, trying to comfort the effortless pain that reiked in their hearts.
Then they went inside to help pick up the papers and then the mother had her hand on her mouth as she spoke to the father, "John...the man...he lost his son..."
The father then sees it then he remembered the patient that came in was recently a boy, the exact same one two on his last strand of life. The father held the mother close, thinking if that was their baby...
