I sat quietly on the plane, smiling at the black diamond on my left ring finger. Andy sat next to me, laughing and joking with CC as he squeezed my hand, leaning down occasionally to kiss my head or cheek.

"I love you." he said quietly, brushing a strand of hair behind my ear as I giggled softly.

"I love you, too."

I layed my head on his shoulder, closing my eyes and smiling. I felt my phone buzz from my lap and picked it up, giving way to a text from Ricky.

'Hey, I miss you already! Haha.'

'Hi, I miss you, too! Come see me sometime?'

'Of course!'

I let the phone fall to my lap again, not bothering to reply. Sammi, who was sitting on the other side of me, gently nudged my leg.

"Are you excited?" She asked, smiling.

"About what?"

She smacked me playfully. "What do you mean 'about what'? That huge diamond on your finger! You're engaged, silly!"

"Of course I'm excited." I said as I felt my face blush. Andy squeezed my hand again, a sign that he was listening.

"Have you two started planning?" She continued.

"Sammi," I said, laughing. "we've been engaged less than a week. Besides, you're the one who needs to be planning, Miss Mommy-To-Be!"

I pointed at her stomach. She was only two months pregnant. I'd heard her crying just last night to Jinxx, her husband, about not wanting to gain a lot of weight. Jinxx, being the sweet and caring guy he is, had comforted her, telling her that no matter what she looked like, she'd always be beautiful.

And he was right, she was gorgeous. She had platinum blonde hair and amazing eyes. She had a small frame, yet she was a bit curvy.

She smiled, leaning up to look at Jinxx, who was across the aisle, sitting next to CC.

"Attention, passengers," The flight attendant spoke into the phone, which echoed throughout the plane. "we will be beginning our descent shortly. Please fasten your safety belts. Thank you, and have a nice day."

Andy smiled down at me, before kissing my nose and buckling his safety belt. We were almost home.
