We half push past josh's mother to look in their house. "he's not here" she said. I fall to my knees. "this is all my fault" i say with tears streaming down my cheeks. I sit there for a couple of minutes crying, then i get up, wipe the tears away, and my sadness is replaced with pure hate. "lets kill this bitch." i say storming out.

The next day, I walked through school, no feeling through my body but hate. i couldn't wait to get out of school so we could get Josh back. "hey" a small voice says behind me. I spin around, ready to yell at the person who spoke. I turned around and stared shocked. It was Josh's sister, Rylan and her best friend Dylan. "hey Rylan." I say, then acknowledge Dylan after that. "we want to help" they say in unison. my eyes go wide and my mouth drops. "NO." I say sternly. "youre too young." That wasn't true. Rylan was 15 and a half, one year younger than me. "I am not." she raises her voice.  "No"  i say as I turned away, and right when i was about to walk away, Rylan pulls a leather bound book out of her bag. " I have the book" she said. I stop in my tracks and spun around wide eyed. "you TOOK it?" i half-whisper. I reach for the book, but Rylan passed it to Dylan, who held it above her head. "dammit" I say as i jump at the book. Dylan, being  6'3",  had no trouble keeping it away from me. I was only 5'6" and i keep  jumping at the book, but have no luck. "give it here!!" I yell. Rylan answers, "you can have it back if you let us help." I stop jumping and let out a sigh. "ugh," I grunt. "fine, you can help." I say grudgingly. Dylan hands me the book and i put it in my bag. "after school, meet me in the gym.
