Also, this one isn't going to be really a romantic boyf fic, just a bromance type thing.

"What the fuck, Jeremy?" Michael yelled from the stage, measuring a large piece of wood for the set of the spring musical.
"I'm telling you, she's literally an evil baby spirit!" Jeremy insisted, throwing his arms in the air. He was on the ground below the stage, drinking from a water bottle. He had just finished a scene from the musical and everyone was milling around during the short break they were given. The build crew wasn't even required to be there, but Michael wanted to watch Jeremy practice and to get some measurements for the set. He hopped down from the stage to talk to Jeremy.

"You did a pretty good job, Jere," he said with a smile. The school was doing the musical Anything Goes and Jeremy had the role of a gangster called Moonface Martin. Christine (of course) got the main role in the show as Reno Sweeney.

Jeremy and Christine had been going out for quite a few months at that point, ever since the end of the fall drama. Christine had helped Jeremy hone his acting skills for the musical tryout, and he ended up getting a lead role, not that the school had much to choose from. Despite the squip doing most of the work during Jeremy's drama audition, it had been proven by Christine that Jeremy was actually a decent actor once the nerves were out of the way. And so half of their dates had consisted of Christine training Jeremy in the practice of theater, even throwing in some simple singing and dancing skills, too. Of course, Jeremy was a clunky dancer, but his character didn't have to dance much in the show, so it was okay.

"Thanks, Michael," Jeremy smiled, responding to Michael's compliment. Christine walked over to them with a big smile on her face. There was no place she'd rather be than play rehearsal.

"Hey guys!" She greeted cheerfully. "That scene went well, I think. Jeremy you know I love you but you need to work on your stage presence, okay?" She said, hugging her boyfriend.
"Got it, thanks Christine," he smiled down to the petite girl.
"Aww, look at you two being all cute. You'd better not go stealing my best friend, Canigula," Michael said jokingly.
"It's too late for that, Mell! He's all mine!" Christine yelled, accompanied by a malicious laugh.
"Oh no, whatever will I do?" Michael said in mock sadness. "This is a true tragedy."

Christine and Jeremy finished a song together, as Jeremy began to walk offstage he was called over by the director, Mr.Reyes.

"Good job, Jeremy. Your talent is improving! I wish you would've joined the theater program sooner," he said, patting Jeremy on the shoulder because he was on the floor and Jeremy was crouched down on the stage.
"Thanks Mr.Reyes. I would've joined if I wasn't painfully awkward," he joked, though it really was true.
"Well look at you now! You've got the lead in our musical. Keep up the good work, kid," Mr.Reyes said with a grin, walking away to talk to Christine about something.

Michael walked over to Jeremy, who was still crouched. Michael was on the floor so his face was only a bit below Jeremy's.

"He's right, you know. If it weren't for my pushing, you wouldn't have even signed up for the drama earlier in the year and you wouldn't be here now. I always thought you'd be a theater geek," he laughed. Jeremy lightly pushed Michael, the hint of a smile on his lips.
"Hey, I'm just glad you joined crew. You seem to really like it. If it weren't for my pushing, you wouldn't be here, either, you big dork," Jeremy countered.
"Yeah, well you're a bigger dork."
"I have to disagree on that statement."
"You're both dorks!" Christine said from across the auditorium, causing everyone within the vicinity to laugh a bit.

"That's something I can agree with," Michael said with a grin.

I realized I haven't posted since Christmas and was like oh geez I need to do that. So yeah. I've been super busy with my school musical... Anything Goes. No, I don't have a lead, I'm just ensemble, but I still spend hours of my day at play rehearsal. But hey it ends the first week of March, so after that I'll be less busy I hope. So for now you're gonna have to deal with slow updates, sorry!
