Chapter 12

Chapter 12 -Donkey?

It was morning and Steve was awake. He was so determined to find a horse, he opened the door and tripped on the stairs! But that didn't stop him, he went straight to the forest and started to find a horse! As he searched he saw cows, pigs, sheep, chickens, wolves and more! But no horse...All Steve ever wanted was to find a horse but he had no luck. hE sat on the ground and sighed. Steve then lied on the ground and looked to the sky. That way he wouldn't think about not finding the horse. The sky was blue with beautiful clouds everywhere. The sun was shining and Steve was in peace. He was starting to fall asleep. A few moments later he fell asleep! Hours went by and it was noon. Steve opened his eyes. Though there was something in his face, something grey that looked like a weird horse... It was a donkey! He sat down and stared at the donkey......The donkey was staring back..."Uhhh, this is awkward...." said Steve."Hee Haw!" shouted the donkey. "Well I'm taking you back to the farm!" Steve demanded. Though Steve had no idea how to tame the donkey so he just placed a saddle and climbed on. Steve took his carrot on a fishing rod and made the donkey follow the carrot. Before you knew it they were back at the farm! Steve jumped off, gave the carrot and closed the gate. As Steve was heading back to his house, he thought what he would do next because he didn't have anything planned. But instead he decided that he'll think about it the next day. So he went to his house, ate some food and slept.
