Chapter 27

Chapter 27 -Ruined
Steve then flew away to a small island. There he thought about what he did, and thought how he could fix it back. So Steve grabbed some dirt, dirt and more dirt. By 1 hour, he had grabbed about 1456 blocks of dirt. He was so tired, but he knew it was worth it. It was getting dark, so he grabbed some wood and made a small house just for one night. He kept thinking of what the villagers would think of him and he couldn't sleep at all. So he then decided to make a note. Steve couldn't find any paper so he instead used a sign. He wrote "What I have done was wrong. Please forgive me." Steve then put his flying potion on himself and flew into the dark sky. It was a bit hard trying to find the island with the village but he wouldn't give up. At last he found it and landed on the front of the village. He then saw everyone sleeping without any houses! They were on beds, but no shelter at all! Steve felt so sorry for them but he just grabbed his sign, dug a little hole and put his sign for everyone to see. Steve was feeling a little bit relieved now so he flew back to the island he found a few hours ago, went inside his house and had a good night sleep.
The next morning, he woke up early and flew to the village. When he got to the village, he didn't land straight away, he looked at the villagers and it seemed they saw the sign. All the villagers forgave Steve of course but they had no idea where to live. So Steve landed and stared at the villagers. "Steve...." the wise villager said. " I have come to fix this island." Steve stated. The villagers had no idea what Steve meant but they just let Steve do what he wanted to do since they had nothing left. Steve grabbed some dirt and filled all the holes. The villagers were getting interested so they helped Steve. In 30 minutes, they did it. They filled all the holes in the village area. Now, Steve decided to make houses. He grabbed 500 blocks of wooden planks from his inventory and started building. The villagers also helped in making the houses so they got some stone and they built houses together with Steve. It took them 5 hours to build everything but they were still happy. The villagers invited Steve to sleep with them in one of the houses. So Steve picked a house and that was his new house from now on. Before it was getting dark, they had a big feast and they ate as much as they could. After all, they deserved it. They ate and ate until they were as full as a panda who ate too much bamboo! Steve then called it a day and went inside their houses for well earned rest.
