Chapter 87 - Steph

POV Herschel

Time: 6:30 AM (Wednesday)

Captain Hermoso offered us to stay sa mga suites ng Alexius Island. I politely declined at sa yacht kaming lima nag stay overnight. Kio keeps contacting Harold, pero wala pa din response sa kanya.

"Sienna, wake up. Aalis tayo later," bulong ko sa kanya while kissing her ears.

Paglabas ko ng yacht, agad ko pinuntahan ang helicopter para bigyan kami ng ilang minuto dahil naliligo pa si Sienna. Di ko lang inaasahan na sasalubungin ako ni Stephanie, ang assistant ni mommy.

"Che!" sigaw niya sa akin habang tumatakbo papalapit sa akin.

Stephanie was my schoolmate in college. Classmate din namin siya ni Sienna noong highschool sa Redwood High. She is now working in the RAD Team as my mother's assistant.

"Steph? Bakit ka nandito?" tanong ko sa kanya nang bigla siya yumakap sa akin.

"Your mom told me na susunduin ka nga daw ng chopper and I volunteered to pick you up."

"Steph, hindi na ako bata. Hindi ko kailangan ng sundo."

"Alam mo naman na missed na missed na kita! Magsusuplado ka pa ba sa akin?" malambing na sabi niya while pressing her chest on my arm at hinila ko papunta sa chopper.

Sienna plus Steph is not a good combination. Ang pagkikita nila ay mas malala pa sa zombie apocalypse.

"Kamusta ka na? I am trying to contact you pero hindi kita matawagan. When we received a ping that you activated your drone, saka lang kami nakahinga ng maluwag ng mommy mo. We know that you are safe."

"I was in Crimson Hotel for almost a week until the Blackburn Vulture Gang occupied the hotel."

"Holy shit! Are you okay? Sinaktan ka ba nila?" nag-aalalang tanong ni Steph sabay hawak sa mukha ko.

Unlike Sienna who has an average height, Stephanie is taller and has an exquisite body of a beauty queen. Siya ang kalaban ni Savannah noon sa pagiging Redwood Queen.

"I am fine. Nakatakas kami sa kanila, but they followed us up to the yacht club."

"Divine excrement! Is that for real? Che, the Blackburn Vulture Gang is a group of psychopathic mad men. Why are they haunting you?"

"We shot six of their men who are following us. We did not kill them, but I guess they can no longer walk after I shot their knee caps."

"You are a good shooter, Che. Kaya nga nainlove ako sayo. Come on, your mother is waiting for us."

"Steph, we can't leave yet. I am still waiting for---"

Hindi na ako nakapag salita when I heard a fake cough sa bandang likuran ko. Hindi ako nagkakamali, it is coming from Sienna. Stephanie is still clinging to me and this is definitely the last thing na gusto ko makita ni Sienna.

I have a feeling that a new world war will start between them...
