My phone vibrated in my hand bringing me back. I shook my head and rubbed my eyes. I blinked looking down at the phone, it was Stephen.
"Hello?" I said still kind of in a daze.
"Hey, Sara!"
"What's up?"
"I got my ticket, I'm coming out the L.A. today. I'll see you in three to four hours!" I got excited I could not wait to see him. I know it's only been a few days but I missed him. Once realization hit, I got quiet. "What's wrong?" He asked.
"Oh, nothing, just, I'm leaving tomorrow to go to Vegas for my sister's birthday." I gloomed.
"Oh, is Jazzy going with you?" He began to get upset.
"No, she was going to stay here."
"Come on, Sara!" Justin come back into the shop to get me. I jestured to him for a second, and pointed to the phone.
"I'll be out in a second!" I called. I turned to him and he squinted his eyes with wondering smerk. I raised my eyes brows at him. He laughed and closed the door.
"Who you talkin' to? Last time I remember Marco was here!" He teased.
"Whatever Stephen, it's just a friend." Romeo came up behind me and patted me on the back.
"You ready kido? Lets go eat." He smerked. He knew I was going to be picked on more.
"Really?!"
'Oh, yeah!' He mouthed giving me a huge smile.
I rolled my eyes. "Is your uncle there?" I burst into laughter as Romeo opened the door to his shop and jestured me out it. I walked toward the door and wiped a tear from my eyes and sighed. I know it was not that funny but Romeo Lacoste, my uncle!?!
"That one was Romeo La-Lacosta, Lacoste?" I questioned him. He shrugged.
"Yeah, the guy that was doing your tattoos?"
"Yeah, him."
"Who was the other guy?" Romeo locked up shop and walked to Justin's car. He sat behind Justin. It felt like he knew something I did not.
"Just a friend." I said looking into the car at him.
"Oh, let me guess! You met Jc like you have always said someday you would?!? That's it, isn't it?" Stephen got over excited.
"I didn't say that!" my voice cracked.
"You did! Wow! That's crazy!" he said enthusiasticly.
"You're more excited about it then I was."
"Have you told Jaz yet?"
"No, I haven't seen her all day." a worry began to consume me.
"Oh, well, hey, I gotta go. I have to pack. See you soon!"
"I'll see you soon! Love ya, bye!" I said looking off at the distance.
"Love you too! Bye!" I hung up my phone and looked at it. Should I call Jaz? I questioned myself. I was pulled away from my thoughts and worries when Justin honked the horn.
"Come on, Sara!" My head shot up.
"Coming!" I looked back at my phone. Why hasn't she called me? I put my phone in my pocket and skipped over to the car. "Sorry, it was Stephen, my other third." I laughed as a strang look came onto Justin's face after hearing me say that. He just waved it off and started the car.
We drove out of the parking lot and I took out my phone again looking at it worringly. I sighed and put it back in my pocket. I looked up to see Justin looking at me. He looked back at the road.
"You okay?" he asked.
"Yeah." I smiled.
"You nervous?" Romeo questioned teasingly.
"No." my voice cracked. I cleared my throat, "Why would I be?" They both laughed.
"Because," Justin started. "you're going out to eat with two of your idols." He kept his eyes on the road.
"Well," my voice squeaked, Romeo laughed again. I looked back at him.
"It's adorable!" he assured me.
I waved it off, "Well, a little."
"I can imagine, but you're pretty chill Sara. I didn't expect the reaction you gave, it was cool."
I began to blush, "Thanks." The rest of the car ride was pretty straight forward. Asking eachother random questions. You know, small talk. It was nice, I liked it.
We drove through that gates to the complex and into their drive way. They lived pretty far down the way, inside the house complex. By them, I mean, Kian Lawley, Justin and Ricky Dillon. Justin parked the car.
He turned to me. "Wanna come in?" my eyes widened. "I don't think the guys are home, so."
So, what? So you can show off your house? What?! "Um," I started.
"It's cool, you're just grabbing your wallet right?" Romeo saved me. I did not know what to say.
"Yeah, it's cool, I'll be back." I smiled at him. I did not know what to say. Justin got out of the car and walked inside.
"Why you shy all of a sudden?" Romeo asked.
I turned in my seat to look at him, "I don't know, honestly." I grabbed my knee.
*tink, tink*
I turned back to the window, it was Justin. I rolled down the window. He reached in and pulled the handle of the door and swung it open. He held out his hand and smiled a huge smile.
"Come on, there's some one I want you to meet." he nudged his head toward the house. "Come on." his smile got bigger. I reached for my latch and my seat belt was already undone and put into my hand. I looked up at Romeo and he shooed me away with a smirk acrossed his face. I slowly took the belt off my shoulder and took Justin's hand.
