I didn't want to do it.
They wanted me to be the bad guy. They could've gotten one of their many men in white to do it but no, I had to do it.
"You keep impressing me everyday, O'Four," the doctor spoke into the mic, his sinister voice made my ears ring. "You're done for today."
"What about him?" I gesture toward Xiumin, who was unrecognizable when his white clothes were covered in blood.
I look down at my own hands, my knuckles were purple and the pendant of Sol Invictus resting on my hand was smeared with dark red. I did his to him.
They threatened to conduct other tests on me had I not agreed to what the doctor wanted me to do.
They are turning me into a monster.
"We'll take care of him, O'Four, you needn't worry." I doubted everything the doctor said, especially when he claimed this would all be over soon. Whenever that was.
I'm really beginning to hate the number four.

Sleeping in the backseat of a Lexus was never comfortable and it never will be. Chanyeol's entire body ached when he woke up to find himself alone in Sehun's car. The bruises Kyungsoo left the other day and the awkward position Chanyeol was sleeping in made him a walking heap of agony.
Chanyeol stepped out of the car to stretch out his body. The car was still parked on the hill overlooking the city. He knew nobody ever came out to its rural parts.
"Excuse me, sir?"
Nobody, that is, except for today.
Chanyeol quickly fixed his hair and straightened his jacket. "Can I help you?" He turned around and saw a policeman and policewoman.
"Sorry to interrupt," the policewoman took a step toward him. "Not a lot of people come out here, but..." she unfolded a piece of paper and handed it to Chanyeol. "Have you seen this man? Here, perhaps, or elsewhere?"
Chanyeol's heart skipped a beat. WANTED was written across the top of the paper in thick, bold letters. A picture of Kyungsoo in a white cap and mask was pasted in the middle of the page.
Chanyeol gulped. He pretended he'd never seen Kyungsoo in his life and shook his head innocently. "No, ma'am, I'm sorry,"
The policewoman tucked the paper into her back pocket. "Thank you for your time, sir."
The two officers slowly made their way back on their hunt for Kyungsoo. They looked hesitant and Chanyeol could see them deep in conversation. The woman picked up her walkie-talkie and switched through different channels.
Chanyeol's heart began to pound against his rib cage. He was the worst when it came to lying... what if the policemen didn't believe him?
Where are they? Chanyeol stuffed his hands into his pockets and started kicking at the dirt with his scuffed up business shoes. He eyed Sehun's car and wanted badly to drive away from everything, but he knew that would raise the police officers' suspicions.
Chanyeol glanced behind him and saw the policeman and woman had disappeared. He quickly climbed into the driver's seat and fumbled around for Sehun's extra car key. He turned on the ignition and warmed up the car.
