'Break the rules, stand apart. Ignore your head, follow your heart.'

I was thinking of doing the next chapter in Leah’s point of view. Tell me what you guys think.

************************************************************************************************************"Stand up. Miss Smith." The teacher called in her loud obnoxious voice. I rolled my eyes. Sam stop being mean to her. She's a teacher, you idiot. I pushed out my chair and stood up. "What?" I asked. My voice came out a lot more sharper than I'd intended. The teacher narrowed her eyes. "What are you doing on your phone in my class?" She asked. "Lets see, hmm...texting? huh? who?"  she scrolled down on my phone. Damn! If she read s it out loud that will be the worst. I can’t have my class knowing my nicknames Angel. God help me. That would be horrible. “So you’re messaging your... Dad?” she asked in shock. Dad? What the hell? Did he just message. He knows im in school, he wouldn’t unless it were summat important. Whats up? “hmm...so what does is say?” she raised her voice. By now the entire class was dead silent. Everyone was listening. “It says, Sam I have that meeting today. He’s going down kiddo. Down. Wish me luck.” She scoffed as she read the message aloud. Dad’s new case? James. James, you better watch out, you got my dad coming to beat the crap out of you.I walked around the table. “What do you think you’re doing?” she asked me.

I grabbed my phone from her hand and slung my bag over my shoulder. I have to get out of this stuffy environment. James is getting punished today. He’s going to get punished. I’ll be forever safe. I don’t have time to be stuck in a classroom, when I need air, to avoid a panic attack. “getting out of here. That’s for sure.” I tell her. This teacher is going to be so vexed. But who cares? She’s only a supply. I walked out the door. Where should I go?

Jakes message popped up.

Jake- I’m damn bored. Jus got kickd out of class. I typed ‘lol’ and actually startd 2 laugh.

Me- Well that makes 2 of us. I jus walked out of class. She annoyed mi alot. Got fed up.

Jake- :O u walkd out of class. Tut tut angel bein bad huh?

Me- Shut up. I don’t know where 2 go, im bored. Keep mi company Jay bear?

Jake- hmm... only 4 u angel. Cum 2 d car. We’ll mess around der.

Me- Thank u Jay bear, I’m honourd. :) c yah der.

I started to make my way down the corridors towards the main door. I had my eyes pealed on the phone as i replied to dad. “gud luck dad. Kick his ass.” As I was walking I hit a solid figure. I looked up to see Jake. “Why hello angel.” He greeted. I rolled my eyes. “seriously Jay bear, hello is so repetitive now. You’ve said it how many times today?” I retort. His eyes crinkle as his face brightens up in a smile. Damn! That looks so... “hmm..true. Point to be noted.” He told me in a rather posh tone.

We both started to laugh very loudly at his tone. We heard footsteps in the hallway. I froze. Jake grabbed my hand “Sam, we gotta get out of here or we’ll be in deep shit with some teacher. Lets run.” he yanked my hand and began to run. We ran all the way to the car non-stop. I leaned against the car and caught breath. “Damn Angel, you don’t run much do you?” he teased. I’ve run a lot in my life. I’m still running, away from my past Jake. I’m running. Quit feeling down. He’s done for. Smile Sam. Enjoy. I playfully slapped his arm.  “Well not all of us are athletes you know. So stop being rude.” I pouted, he just smirked. We both sat down, hidden from view by the car.

“Angel, I don’t know a thing about you. Tell me about yourself.” What am I supposed to say? He knows enough no? “hmm... Jay bear. I think you’re wrong there. You know quite a bit about me. I know nothing about you. You know: my name, my age, my school, my address, my friends, my dad, my uncle Kev, my nickname, my favourite movie, my mobile number. What’s left?” I listed on my fingers. He chuckled. “you know my name, my age, my sister, my age, my nickname, my school. So were pretty even. But I still don’t know things like...” he paused for a moment as he thought something over.

Don’t ask about my past, my old school, my old mates. Why I go to a shrink. Please don’t. If it’s summat simple. I’ll answer no probz. He grinned. “lets play 10 questions.” He suggested. As long as the questions are basic, why not? Damn, this is so wattpad type. Cliche much? I smiled at him. This should be fun. “Sure, you start. But the rules are: that you have to answer each question, even the ones you ask. The answer has to be honest, because I hate lies. Deal?” I held out my hand for a handshake, the official way to seal a deal as Dad says. He held out his hand and shook it. “Deal.”

“So angel, Favourite colour?” he asked. Damn simple. Hope the questions stay as basic. This was the best question ever. “Purple.” I replied. Jb purple!!! He looks so good in purple. Just thinking about Jb in purple makes me swoon!!! “Midnight blue. Your turn.” He reminded me. What should I ask, aside from the boring usual questions? Hmm...favourite place?” I asked. Why the hell did I just ask that question? When it comes to my turn what will I say? I can’t lie, I promised not to, myself. What am I supposed to say Cemetery? Because thats where mum lies? Stupid question, Sam. Stupid. He answered after a moment of pondering. “It would be best to show you than explain it. I’ll show you sometime. So this questions invalid.” He sighed. Phew! Narrow escape?

“Favourite song?” I asked him. She smiled. “Easy. Hold on a sec. He played around on his white iphone 4s. Same phone as me!!! Just as the track was about  to play, Nat ran towards us. “Jakey, Sam.” She huffed. Nat was never much of a runner like me. Why is she running?Jake put away his phone instantly. The two of us stood up.  “What’s up Nat?” he asked. She held up a finger as she bent over to catch her breath. A moment later she straightened up. “you guys might want a heads up but Old Mc. Donald is kinda on the hunt for you guys.” She gushed. Old Mc Donald, who the hell is he? On the hunt for us? THE HEADTEACHER!!! Crap, I’m so dead!

“come on Sam, let’s go back in.” Jake told me as Nat ran back into the building. Dad could get me out of this easily. I leave it to him to handle. I’m not going back to face an old man bellowing at me. No way! I’m getting out of here. But no way is Jake getting into any sort of trouble because of me. Dad will get him out of it too.

Jake stood up and started to walk back towards the main door. I grabbed his arm. “Get in the car Jay Bear, let’s go.” I told him. He face was covered in both shock and surprise. “Angel aren’t we going back to class?” he asked. He now wore an amused look. I shook my head. “nope, I’m in the mood for an ice cream, are you?” I asked. He smirked. “I’ll take a malteasers and a Ferrero scoop. What about you?”

“Malteasers and Ferrero? That’s chocolate, not ice cream.” I told him. He’s crazy. Does he even know what ice cream is? How can he not know stop being stupid Sam, he’s just winding you up. Crazy, annoying Jay bear. “we’ll see.” He said in all certainty. He opened the door. “please take your seat, Madame Angel.” He said in his posh tone. I giggled. “Thank you Jay bear.” I slid into the car seat. “Jay bear, you seem to have manners. Well done.” I patted his head. He nodded his head and replied. “Thanks angel.” He winked and closed the door. He walked around the car and hopped in the drivers seat.

“I guess you haven’t had Warrington’s best Ice cream, if you don’t know about Malteasers and Ferrero.” He teased. I shook my head. “Nope, I’m new here, remember?” I reminded him. He chuckled. He turned the key and we drove out of the car park.
