With each rising upon the sky
What it brings as it passes by
The world made anew
Sunshine painting it a hopeful hue
Warmth and radiance spread across
Poets to describe it are at a loss
How can you put into words
What the earth around turns
As it sets you can hear a soft lullaby
The last lyrics it lets out with a sleepy sigh
Don't worry my dear friend
For the light of day will come again
