I looked out the window and I saw her
The crying girl in the car
Speeding past
Gone too fast
Didn't see her face completely
As I stared indiscreetly
Just her eyes
As she tries
To wipe away her tears
The pain from yesteryears
Visible in the gray that showed
She wasn't here
She had disappeared
To the dark place
