My mind contains a sea ever so vast
As far as the ends of the earth
And past that
So deep there's a place which only knows darkness
The pressure there is unimaginable
Survival is nearly impossible
On the horizon the water greets the blue skies
And the waves flow in golden sunlight
Always in movement
There are sunny beautiful days
With warmth and a nice day on the beach
There are dark terrifying days
With you ending up at the bottom unable to breathe
There are days between these
Each one different but never still
Gradually getting more clear
I will persevere
