The Feelings

The Next Day (Saturday 6.00am)

Avery's POV:

I wake up to my phone buzzing, I check the caller ID to find that it was Joseph so I answer it.

A= Avery        J= Joseph

A= Hey, what's up.

J= Well I know it is early but I couldn't wait, could you meet me down at the park in 20 minutes

A= Yeah sure.

J= Thanks, I will see you soon. 

End of conversation

I hang off the phone and quickly get dressed, put a little bit of makeup and grab my phone, and head out my bedroom door.

I walk down the hall to Ezra and Aria's bedroom, open the door and have a peek inside to see Ezra and Aria are still sleeping. So I decided to walk down the hall to Ella's room to find her still sleeping, I walk in and wake her up.

"Hey Ella, can you tell Aria and Ezra that I have gone to the park to meet Joseph" I whisper as she slowly opens her eyes.

"Ok" She says as she slowly drifts back to sleep.

I walk out of Ella's bedroom and thought that I should leave a note for Aria and Ezra in case Ella forgets to tell them.

The Note:
Hey Aria and Ezra, I am meeting Joseph at the park. If you need me, just call.
-Avery

I stick it on the fridge and walk out the door, and head to the park.

5 minutes later

I arrive at the park, and see Joseph sitting on one the park benches. I walk up to him.

"Hey Joseph" I say as I approach him.

"Oh hey Avery" He replies.

"So what did you want to tell me" I ask as he stands up and we start to walk towards the river.

"So ever since I met you in my French class, I have had feelings for you" He starts off.

"Um, well I like you as well" I say as I turn to look at him.

"So I was wondering if you would like to be girlfriend, boyfriend" He says.

"Wait what" I ask surprised.

"I like like you" He says. 

"Wait what, I like like you too" I say.

"So do you want to be my girlfriend" He asks.

"I would like that very much" I say that as I quickly kiss him on the lips.

"Come on, I will walk you home" He says as he grabs my hand and we start walking back to Aria and Ezra's house.

5 minutes later

We walk up the driveway and up to the door.

"Do you want to come in and help me with my homework" I ask.

"I don't know, it might be a bit awkward being there with our school principle and teacher" He says.

"But I need help with my homework and they probably aren't even awake" I say as I open the door.

"Ok" He replies as we walk in the house.

We walk in to find no one awake yet so we walk up the stairs, down the hall to my room with out waking any one.

We sat down on my bed with all my books, while Joseph helped me.

30 minutes later

Aria's POV:

I wake up to the sound of giggling coming from Avery's room. So I got up, walked outside, down the hall to Avery's room, opened the door a little to see what was going on. Avery and Joseph were sitting on Avery's bed with all her school books while they were giggling, so I decided to go in to just tell her that I am awake.

"Hey Avery, Joseph" I say as I walk in.

"Oh hello Mrs Fitz" Joseph says as he notices me.

"Oh please Joseph, call me Aria only out of school" I say.

"Hey Aria" Avery says.

"So what's happening" I ask as I go over and seat on Avery's bed next to Avery.

"Nothings Joseph is just helping me with my homework" Avery answers.

"Ok then, well I am going to go and make breakfast, Joseph do you want to stay for breakfast" I ask Joseph as I stand up to walk out.

"No thanks, I better get going anyway" He says as he stands up to leave.

"Ok then, I will walk you out" Avery says as they both walk out the door.

They both walk out and down the stairs while I go in Ezra and my bedroom to wake Ezra up.

"Hey babe, wake up" I say while I start to shake him.

"Give me a minute" He grumbles.

"Just wake up Ezra" I say with a little chuckle while I keep shaking him.

"Alright, I am up, happy" He says  as he sits up and starts rubbing his eyes.

"Yes, now get ready" I say.

"Ready for what" He asks looking at me with a confused look.

"Well Avery, Ella, you and I are going to be spending the rest of the day laying on the couch and watching movies" I say as Ezra stands up.

For the rest of the day, we just watched movies, very relaxing.
