The next morning
Aria's POV:
I wake up to Ezra's head resting on my stomach, and my leg was really hurting so I start moaning in pain which made Ezra wake up.
"Morning Baby" Ezra says as he starts to rub his eyes.
"AHHH" I groan in pain.
"Are you ok" Ezra asks.
"No, my leg is hurting, can you just grab that bottle over there" I ask as I point over to the bottle of painkillers.
He grabs the bottle and hands me the bottle. I take 2 tablets out of the bottle and swallow it down with a glass of water.
"Are you feeling alright now" Ezra asks.
"Yeah but how is Avery" I ask.
"She is good, is it alright if I go and check on her" Ezra asks as he stands up.
"Go, I will be fine" I say as he leaves the room.
Ezra leaves the room and I am left here alone.
Ezra's POV:
I leave the room and walk down the hall to Avery's room, I walk in to find her asleep and a doctor looking at Avery's cut in her leg. I also see Ella sleeping peacefully next Avery, so I walk closer to the doctor.
"Hey Doc, is everything ok" I ask as I sit down on the chair next to Avery's bed.
"Everything is fine, in fact Avery can go home today and if you would like, I can go and check on Aria to see if she can go home too" The doctor asks.
We walk back down the hall to Aria's room. We walk in to see Aria on her phone, probably checking Instagram.
"Hey Aria, the doctor said that Avery is free to go so he is here to see if you can go home too" I say as I walk over to the chair next to Aria's bed.
"Ok" She says as she sits up.
The doctor goes over to the other side of her bed, he lowers her leg so he can take the bandage off, so he can have a look at the cut.
"Ok, so Aria I will ask Ezra to help you get dress on your bed while I go outside so you can get changed then I will ask you to try and get out of bed and try to put weight on it, is that ok" The doctor tells Aria.
"Ok" She says as the doctor starts to walk out of the room.
I grab all of her clothes, and take her hospital gown off and place her clothes on.
"Doctor, she is dressed" I say as I walk over to the door to bring the doctor back in.
"Ok so now what we are going to do is, Ezra you will grab one arm and I will grab the other arm. On my count of three, we will lift Aria out of bed and gently place her down so she is standing on her two feet with us still holding on to her. Then we will see if she can walk with us holding on to her" The doctor says as he walks in and over to one side of Aria.
"Ok" I say as I go over to the other side of Aria's bed.
The doctor and I successfully lift Aria up and place her on her feet.
"Ezra, it hurts" Aria says as she holds on to my arm very hard.
"It's ok, just see if you can try and walk. If you feel anymore pain, just hold onto my arm hard" I tell her.
"Ok" She says as she tries to take another step.
"Ok good job Aria, so now could you try and walk to the other side of the room and don't worry, Ezra and I will be hear if you need help" The doctor tells Aria.
"Ok" She tells us as the doctor and I carefully let go of her arm.
She moves her leg that has the cut first and tries to put weight on it but falls but thankfully catches her before she hits the ground.
"Ok, so she can go home but she will have to take a pair of crutches, so will Avery but you and Avery will have to try and put some weight on your leg every hour or two" The doctor tells Aria as I put her back in bed.
"Ok" She says.
"Well I will go and check on Avery and tell her what's going to happen, I will then give you and Avery crutches and then I will ask you Ezra to sign the release papers for you and Avery" The doctor tells us as he starts to walk out the door.
10 minutes later
The doctor walks back in with Avery on the crutches and Ella by her side. The doctor hands me Aria's set of crutches, I lean the crutches against the wall so I could lift Aria so she is sitting on the chair beside her bed. I pass Aria the crutches, and she gets up straight away.
"Here are the release papers for Avery and Aria that you have to sign" The doctor tells me as he hands me the papers.
"Ok, thank you" I say as I grab the papers.
I sign the papers and hand it back to him.
"Ok, well you all are right to go home now if you would like" The doctor says as he starts to walk out the door.
""Thank you so much doctor" Aria tells him as she starts heading to the door followed by Avery, Ella then me.
"Well Home Sweet Home" I say as we tart to walk out the hospital doors to our car so we can thankfully go home.
