What's going on here? Part 2

(Continuing from when Avery was taking Aria to Ezra's office)

Avery's POV:
As soon as Ezra asked me to take Aria to his office, I grabbed her hand walked with her to Ezra's office.

"Are you alright Aria" I ask as we approach Ezra's office.

"Yeah, I just need to lye down" She answers as she opens the door and walks over to the couch.

"Ok, well I might just do some of my homework on Ezra's desk, just yell if you need anything" I say as I grab my books and head over to Ezra's desk after I shut the door.

Aria's POV:

When we got to Ezra's office, all I wanted to do was lye on the couch, but at least I told Ezra what happened but I still feel sick from it.

Ezra's POV:

After Avery took Aria to my office, the kids started coming in, so I guess I should start the class.

I called the roll then noticed that Ben was in the class, the one that kissed my wife. I could just feel all the anger build up, I just wanted to punch him, I was that angry. I hold my anger in and continue the rest of the class.

45 minutes later

Bell rings

"Ben, can I talk to you for a minute" I say as I start to pack up my books.

"Sure" He answers as he walks up towards my desk.

I wait until everyone has left then I go and shut the door then I turn walk back towards him.

"Now Ben, I heard that you kissed my wife" I say trying not to raise my voice.

"No, I didn't" He says.

"Now why would Aria lie about something like that" I ask.

"I don't know, maybe she is sick of being slutty or maybe she is sick of you" He answers, it just makes me more angry.

"Aria is not slutty. Just tell the truth" I say trying not to scream.

"Fine, I kissed her" He says with a big smirk on his face.

"Why" I say raising my voice.

"I don't know" He answers.

"Well Ben Tomston, you are expelled. I am heading back to my office to check on my wife and to call your parents" I say as I grab my things and head out the door. With Ben following behind me.

"No, Mr Fitz, please don't" He says trying to stop me.

"Well, you should of thought about that before you kissed my wife" I say while I keep walking.

"So you are going to expel me just because I kissed Mrs Fitz" He tries to argue.

"In this state, it is a felony" I say as I just continue walking.

"Well shouldn't she go to jail for kissing me" He still tries to argue.

"No, because she has not done anything wrong, now go clean out your locker and wait for your parents to pick you up" I say as I reach my office door and open it.

I walk in to find Aria asleep on the couch and Avery at my desk doing some homework.

"Hey Avery, has Aria been like this the whole time" I say as I walk over to Avery trying not to wake Aria.

"Yeah, I have just been doing homework and seeing if she was ok" She answers as she puts her pen down and starts packing her stuff up.

"Ok, well you can go back to 4th period now" I say.
