Adopted~Ezria (Book 2)

Adoption Part 2

2 Days Later

Ezra's POV:

It has been 2 days since we went to the adoption agency and hopefully today we get to know when the girls can come.

Aria started to walk in the room when my phone started to ring. It was the adoption agency.

E=Ezra    A=Adoption agency

Phone conversation:

E= Hello

A= Hello, we have two girls, one is 3 years old, who is called Ella and the other is 15 years old, who is called Avery. They both get on very well, Avery really looks after Ella. Their parents just died 3 months ago due to a car crash. Also you shouldn't worry about them fighting because Avery does everything for Ella and buys things that Ella needs.

E= That sounds wonderful so when can we pick them up.

A= Well whenever you want, maybe this afternoon or maybe tomorrow.

E= Could we pick them up tomorrow?

A= Yeah sure, because you probably have to set up their room or something.

E= OK bye.

A= Bye.

I hang up the phone to turn to see Aria staring at me.

"So what's happening" She asks

"Well there are two girls that are siblings, Ella is 3 years old and Avery is 15 years old. Avery looks after her sister, does anything she needs and buys anything that she needs. So I think they both get on very well. Also their parents dies 3 months ago due to a car crash" I say.

"Ok that's great so when can we pick them up" She asks as she is getting excited.

"Tomorrow but for now we need to set up their room and maybe if you want, look for a house" I say.

"Ok lets go shopping and house shopping" She says as she stands up.

The Next Day

Today we get to go pick up Ella and Avery, we are already in the car on our way to the adoption agency, and we have bought a three story house but we can't move in until next month.

Avery POV:

Today my sister Ella and I are being adopted by a couple called Aria and Ezra, they should be here any minute.  I care for my little sister, I am like a mother to her, whenever she cries, I am there to comfort her, I would do anything to her.

I am sitting here on a chair with Ella sleeping on my lap, I see a nice couple walk in, and then Linda walks over.

"Avery, is your sister still asleep" She asks.

"Yeah, is Aria and Ezra here yet" I ask as Ella starts to move.

"They are, do you want me to carry Ella out" She asks as she comes closer.

"No, she is right also she will wake up if someone else carries her when she's sleeping" I say as I stand up with my suitcase.

"Let me take your suitcase, Aria and Ezra are a nice couple and they are over there" She says as I see a nice looking couple. 

I walk over as they both turn around.

"Hello, you must be Avery, I am Aria and this is Ezra" Aria says.

"Hello" Ezra says as he reaches out to grab Ella and my suitcase.

"Hello, yeah I am Avery and this is my little sister Ella, just one thing that you should know about Ella is that I will do anything for her, and do you have a baby seat in your car" I say as we start to walk out the door.

"That is great to know and we do have a baby seat for Ella, you don't have to worry about that" Aria says.

"What is your occupation" I ask as I put Ella and the car seat.

"Well we are both authors, we have recently written a book called Then and Now" Ezra says

"Oh really, I love reading so maybe I could read it some time" I said as Ella started to cry.

"Ella, sssh its ok" I say trying to calm her down.

"Av-er-y, where are we?" Ella asks as she looks around to see that we are in a car on our way back to Aria and Ezra's apartment.

"We are with Aria and Ezra, and we are on our way back to their apartment" I say.

"Ok, but can I play with your locket?" She asks.

"Sure sweetie, but just be careful" I say.

"Girls we are here and we have bought a three story house but we can't move in until next month" Aria says as I get out of the car and walk around to the other side to get Ella out.

"Ok, thanks" I say as I carry Ella up the stairs and into a room that seems to be our bedroom.

"Ok, so girls you can get settled in and then dinner should be ready, we are just going to mac n cheese" Aria tells us as I lye Ella down on one of the beds.

"Oh we both love mac n cheese" I say.

"That's great, see you in the living room soon" Aria tells us as she walks out the door.

I unpack Ella and my stuff, I pick Ella up and take into the living room to find that our food is waiting.

10 minutes later

We had finished dinner, took Ella to have a bath while I grabbed out her clothes for bed so I can put her to bed.

Aria's POV:

"Ezra, have you seen how Avery is with Ella, she is like a mother to Ella" I say as I look at Avery take Ella for a bath so she can put her to bed.

"Yeah I know" He says.

Avery's POV:

I just placed Ella in bed and went in the shower, got dress into my pajamas, said goodnight Aria and Ezra and lied in bed looking at Instagram until  I felt tired and fell asleep.
