Adopted~Ezria (Book 2)

What's going on here? Part 1

Two days later (At school 5 minutes left of 2nd period)

Aria's POV:

I was teaching Avery's English class, and all Avery has been doing is texting someone which is weird because she always pays attention in my class so I decided to speak to her about it as soon the bell rings and everyone has left the classroom.

5 minutes later

Bell Rings for morning tea

"Um Avery, can I talk to you for a minute" I say as she starts to gather her books.

"Um, sure" She says as she starts to walk up to my desk where I was sitting.

"Well Avery, I know you were texting someone in my class" I say as she starts to get a worried look on her face.

"Um Aria, I am so sorry, am I in trouble" She asks.

"No, I know you but the problem is that you always pay attention in my class" I say as I gather some papers.

"Yeah I know, I am so sorry, it wont happen again" She says.

"Ok, now go and enjoy Morning tea" I say as she heads back to her desk to grab her books.

After she leaves, I grab my morning tea and head to Ezra's office so we can have morning tea together.

I walk down the hall, almost at Ezra's office when I see Joseph quickly peck Avery on the lips so I quickly walk in Ezra's office so they don't see me.

"Hey babe, what's up" Ezra says as he stands up from his chair and walks over to the door to shut it.

"Just, I think something is going on with Avery and Joseph" I say as i sit on the couch.

"What do you mean" Ezra asks as he sits down next to me on the couch.

"Like, I just saw Joseph peck Avery on the lips" I say.

"Oh, maybe they might be boyfriend and girlfriend" Ezra says with a little smirk.

"But shouldn't she come to you or I first" I ask.

"Hey, I remember when we were dating, did you go and talk to your mother or father about it" Ezra asks.

"No because we couldn't or you would of went to jail" I say as I lay my head down on the pillow at the end of the couch while Ezra lifts my legs up and lays them on my lap.

"So maybe she wants deal with it on her own and she will come to us if she needs to" Ezra says as he tries to sooth me by rubbing my legs.

"I know, your right" I say as I put my hand on top of his.

"Ok, now you should start to go because the bell is about to go" He says as he gets up off the couch and pulls me up with him.

"Ok, see you at lunch" I say as I quickly peck him on the lips and walk out the door to my next lesson which was grade 12 English.

I started walking back to class to set since I still had 10 minutes til the bell went which will give some time to prepare.

I get to the classroom and find one of my grade 12 student sitting on my desk, called Ben.

"Oh hey Ben, you do know that class didn't start for another 10 minutes" I say as I walk in the room, put my stuff on my desk while Ben Baker decides to hop off my desk.

"I know, I just wanted to talk to you, well I mean show you" He says as he goes and shuts, pull the blinds down then starts walking towards me kind of creepy.

"Ben, what do you mean" I ask as I walk back getting a little bit nervous.

He suddenly starts running towards me and then smashes his lips on mine while I try and push him away.

He just kept kissing me while I was trying so hard to push him away until there was 5 minutes til the bell.

He ran away and left the door open while I crawled to one of the corners holding my knees while sobbing.

Avery's POV:

I was on my way to class 5 minutes early when I went past Aria's classroom and I heard sobbing. I walk in and find Aria curled up on the floor sobbing.

Aria's POV:

I was still curled up on the floor when I hear footsteps, I lifted my head to find Avery standing there looking concerned.

"What's wrong Aria" Avery asks as she kneels down beside me.

"Please get Ezra" I try to sob out while Avery drops her bag and her books, and runs out the door.

Avery's POV:

After Aria told me to go and grab Ezra, I dropped all my stuff and ran out the to find Ezra. I run down the hall to Ezra's office and go in but no one was there so I run to cafeteria where I find him talking to my math teacher and another teacher that I didn't know. I run up to him.

"Ezra, you need to come with me" I scream as I run up to him.

"What's wrong Avery" He says as he looks concerned.

"Its Aria, I found her sobbing on the floor in her classroom" I say as Ezra and I start running to Aria's classroom.

We run down the hall, down to Aria's classroom. We reach the classroom and I decided that I should wait outside in case it is about something that I shouldn't know about.

Ezra's POV:

I go into Aria's classroom while Avery stays outside, I see Aria curled up on the floor sobbing, it breaks my heart seeing her so upset.

"Aria, what's wrong" I ask as she slowly raises her head to look at me while I kneel down beside her.

"I am so sorry, I tries to push him away but he wouldn't budge" She says as I look at her confused.

"What do you mean, you know I won't get upset" I say as I place a strand of her hair behind her ear.

"Ben kissed me, but I did tried to push him away but he was too strong, Ezra I am so so sorry, I didn't mean it" She says as she starts to sob again.

"Hey, this is not your fault" I say as I open my arms so I can give her a big embrace.

She comes into my arms and keeps sobbing.

"The bell is about to go, so this is what is going to happen, Avery is going to take you back to my office and she is going to stay with you while I teach your class, and you have a free period after this lesson so I will come and see you then" I say as I let go of her and help her stand up.

"Ok" She says as she keeps holding onto my shirt like she doesn't want to let go.

"Avery" I yell as I walk Aria over to the door.

"Yes" She says as she steps in.

"Can you take Aria back to my office and stay there until next period well when I get there while I take over her class, and don't worry I will let the teacher know that you will be absent" I say as Aria walks over to Avery ad they head back to my office.
