Chapter 12

" stay..." she mumbled. So I pull the covers over her then I lay down next to her. Anna wraps her arms and legs around me and puts me in this inescapable death grip. I drift off to sleep shortly after.

ANNAS POV
I rolled over in my bed to find a warm shirtless body. I wrapped my arms and legs around said warm shirtless body.

" hi." Sam chuckled out as I cuddled him. I hummed in response.
"want me to make you breakfast ?" Sam asked my eyes short straight open.

"what time is it?" I ask looking at my alarm clock.

" chill school got canceled because of snow." Sam said setting a hand on my exposed thigh.

" wait it snowed sammmmm can we go play in the snow?"i ask looking at him all excited. He just nods and pulls me back down to cuddle.

" but Saaaammmm I wanna go play in the snow." I whine.

"fine we can go play in the snow but can we cuddle for a few more minuets?" Sam asks. I nod as o cuddle back into Sam.

*one hour later*

"Anna wake up its time to play in the snow." Sam says shaking me awake. I blush as I sit up while rubbing my eyes.

"yay." I say quietly.

" I'll get all the snow gear and you go get dressed." Sam says and I nod not wanting to speak. As I'm getting dressed my phone starts ringing at first I try to ignore it but I gave up and go check the caller ID colby...

" hello colby?" I say

" Anna I really need to talk to you." he says. It sounds like he's been crying.

"C-Colby are you ok?" I ask beginning to get worried.

"n-no.... I just really need someone to talk to." he says as his voice breaks

" ok do you want me to come over or do you want to meet up somewhere?" I ask 

" can you come over I'm not really in the right brain space to go anywhere right now." colby says I can hear him sob quietly.

" ok I'll be over in a minute." I say before hanging up. I quickly throw some random hoodie on....i think it's Sam's....😳.

" Sam I gotta go I have an emergency I need to take care of I'll be home soon." I say walking over to Sam. I kiss him quickly before walking out of our apartment and rushing to colby. I know he hurt me so much but he needs me and I have to be a good friend to him. As I get to his apartment I notice the door is cracked open.

" colbs?" I say I hear him sob quietly.

" colby what's wrong?" I say when I see him curled up in a ball in my old bedroom. He's clutching an old picture of us. I remember having Sam take the picture it was right after we started dating.

" oh colby it's ok im here now." I say s
Placeing my hand on his leg.

" I'm s-sorry." he mumbled to me as he sat himself up.

" wanna talk about it?" I ask colby nods his head.

" Amanda and I where dating and all she was interested in was sex so I broke up with her and the she told me how nobody loved me because I drove everyone away. Even the one person who truly loved me...you." he sobs as he wraps his arms around me hugging me.

" hey hey colby I'm still here and so is Sam, Elton, Corey, Aaron, and Alex. Don't worry we aren't going to abandon you I promise. Now let's get you to the couch and I'll make you some soup ok?" I say to Colby as I help him up.
