The one feeling I cannot stand is catching feelings for someone.
I Facetime my best friend of four years.
Hopefully she can help me.
"Hey Bianca." I said as she picked up.
"Hey Soph. How's California?" She asked.
"I love it so much. I don't think I'm coming back!" I said.
"How's Boy Band?" She asked.
"Fun so far. All the guys I've met are really sweet." I said.
"Any cute ones?" She asked.
"Here's the thing, I'm kind of stuck in a love triangle." I said.
"Already?!" She asked.
"I know right!" I said.
"Tell me about them." She said.
"There's Drew who's a year older than us. He's super chill and I love talking to him. And there's Mikey who's a year younger than us. I didn't like him before but we were texting earlier and I don't know. I'm like getting to know him more." I explained.
"Do they know about your past?" She asked.
"No. I want to tell them but I don't know if I'm ready." I sighed.
"Are you ready to put yourself out there again?" She asked.
"That's exactly what Kyle said." I said.
"We just don't want a repeat of last time." She said.
"Neither do I." I said.
My ex boyfriend who I loved, cheated on me with every member of the cheer team.
He proceeded to yell in my face that he was just using me to get around.
I've never been so scared to love again.
"I got to go to work. Keep me updated!" She said.
