(Angel's Pov)
I fluttered my eyes open to the sun shining through the hotel room window. I sighed and groaned wanting nothing more than to go back to sleep but knowing me that'll probably never happen. I rolled my eyes and felt a pair of arms around my waist which made me look to see Clemont peacefully sleeping. I smiled softly as my heart and stomach fluttered.
I sighed and looked at the time seeing it was a little after 9am. I carefully sat up and rubbed my face tiredly before looking around seeing Serena and Bonny weren't in their beds assuming they wanted to let us sleep longer given everything that's happened yesterday with ya know...Team Rocket, my ankles and hands and me almost falling to my death? Yea, that.
If anything I'm glad I got to sleep in a little. That whole ordeal yesterday left me exhausted. I yawned tiredly before stretching and carefully hopping out bed trying not to wake up Clemont but I guess that didn't work given that not only he started to stir in bed but so did my pokemon.
I smiled softly as Clemont groaned and fluttered his eyes open. I sat back on the bed as he sighed a bit before looking up at me and smiling "Good morning Angel" He said as he grabbed his glasses from the nightstand and put them on his face. I blushed a bit "morning Clem" I said, he smiled and looked around seeing we were in the only ones in the hotel room.
He furrowed his eyebrows in confusion "Where are the others?" he asked, I shrugged "Out and about maybe" I said, he nodded "Would you like me to get you some coffee and breakfast?" he asked, I smiled bashfully "Uh y-you don't have to. I-I'm sure I can walk fine again" I said, he chuckled and shook his head "and I'm sure too but better to be safe than sorry. At least let me get you some breakfast and check before you start walking again" he stated,
I smiled softly and rolled my eyes before getting comfortable back on the bed "Yes Doctor Clemont" I said, he smiled and brushed my hair out of my face and kissed my forehead "I'll be right back" he said, I nodded as headed out leaving me with my pokemon who started to wake up. I smiled at them "Morning everyone. I hope you all slept well" I said, they yawned and stretched which made me laugh a bit as they all started to huddle around me.
Fennekin and Purrloin lied on my shoulders, Nidoran jumped ontop of my head given how tiny she was, Yveltal lied his head in my lap and Rotom settled right in my arms. I smiled softly and pet everyone's head which made them smile "I love you guys so much" I said, they cried and nuzzled against me which made me smile in content.
A few moments later Clemont came back with a tray of coffee and breakfast which was waffles. My stomach growled a bit which made me shake my head a bit as I looked up to see Clemont was just staring at me. I blushed shyly "W-What?" I asked, he smiled and shook his head "Nothing, you just look so beautiful and peaceful with your pokemon" he said, my heart raced, stomach churned and face flushed RED.
I felt myself get shy which made Clemont chuckle as he walked over to me. My pokemon removed themselves from me so I could eat as he set the tray down on my lap. Clemont lifted my chin up to make me look him as he stared into my eyes once more. None of us said a word as he leaned down and pressed his lips against mine. My eyes widen at the sight of this confidence, but I was liking it so I smiled and kissed back.
