For the Love of a Bad Boy

CHAPTER 18

It's been a week now since I found out I am pregnant, so I have been eating healthily and working out a bit more some cool pregnancy workouts in our home gym. Shane and I have a new routine of getting up at five in the morning and working out then getting ready for work together, he has been more at his clubs this week, having four here and a few international ones are taxing, then it's the other side of things, I'm afraid he's taking on too much. But we live very comfortably.

Nicki and Maya have been helping me with the wedding things since I moved up the wedding it's only two weeks away now. We are going dress shopping from mid morning, it's Friday so I'm taking the day off after my eleven am meeting. Things are bustling since our valentine issue went out, it sold out even quicker than our Christmas issue, online is buzzing it's amazing. So valentines day is tomorrow, I bought Shane some cufflinks he can always wear and of course so he can wear them on our wedding, it's platinum with a small rare diamond and it has an intertwined A and S and B, the B is for baby. Nobody knows I'm pregnant so I'm working out a bit extra so I don't gain too much weight for the wedding.

My meeting with Prada went well, we are doing a summer spread, and we have a few celebrities at home, and since I am pregnant I thought we could include a section for celebrity moms and how they handle it all. Some tips would be amazing. It's going down well with all the working moms in the office. I am so proud of this issue, we are going to feature my wedding before it goes to publication we have a few days so the pictures will be sent to my head editor to keep it all under wraps till it rolls out only when it's time, it goes live when the magazine hits the shelf. The money people are investing in pictures of the wedding that they are paying my magazine I am using for charities, and I am sending millions to ones in africa that need it. I'm so proud of that, Shane and I want to visit Africa some time this year.

Shane has been calling all morning checking on me and the baby before my girls day picking out dresses. He sent me over a my favourite chicken caesar salad with walnuts and that amazing sauce, and a huge strawberry milkshake for a treat, making sure I'm eating. I went to Monique Luhllier in the week for the wedding dress and brides maid dresses, they have sent it to the penthouse at the Hilton and set it up there so I can have privacy and I meet the girls there.

We have been here for two hours and we have picked the hair styles and stylist, and a make up artist for the wedding day, they are flying out an entire glam squad. I try on a few dresses but one sticks out, a form fitting all lace dress with satin finishes, it's strapless and has a corset top filled with crystal beading throughout, it's a mermaid style with a satin band around my waist with a small satin bow it's stunning. The veil is plain with lace trim and little crystals on the edges in the lace with a very thin satin finish. I pick a diamond filigree and rose piece for my hair. I have asked Gucci to send over some shoes and I choose a white satin stiletto that covers my toes and ties at the ankle with a satin bow. It's beautiful, I order a black pair just for fun. Now the brides maid dresses, I chose baby pink and white as my colours, so they have a pink satin dresses with a white satin band and bow as a nod to my dress, it's form fitting flowing and beautiful. They have a silver sandal they are wearing with crystal embellishments. So we are done with everything. Versace is sending over Suits for Shane, Hunter and Max, so that is sorted aswell. Shane has style and wants a black wedding tux, but they guys are wearing grey wedding suits with baby pink ties. Its all coming together now. Everything is booked and settled, we are having a well renound chef cater the wedding, so he will be flying over a day before, our wedding cake is being done by him as well. Our cake is a four tier white vanilla and custard cream filled cake, it's white on the outside with pink and white roses and silver bands around each tier. Everything is done, Shane has taken care of the music, he wants a live band, and a dj for later.

Shane brings a limo to fetch me at the Hotel, I love the wedding planner she is amazing. Shane planned the honeymoon so that is a surprise. Shane is so happy to see me "hey sweetheart I missed you" I'm greeted with a huge kiss. We are picking rings for eachother, I picked a platinum and black wedding band, his taste. He has showed mine to me, its a diamond and platinum band, stunning.
