Arkham Asylum

A nurse enters the infirmary of the psychiatry. She goes to a bed and changes the infusion bags. At the end of the bed hangs the sign of the patient.

Hannah lies asleep in the bed. She has a bandage wrapped around her head and oxygen tubes on her nose. The nurse briefly shakes her blanket and then lays it over her body again. Hannah is alone on the infirmary, next to her are only empty beds. A few minutes after the nurse leaves the room, Jerome enters the ward. He goes closer and closer to Hannah and suddenly tales out a small pocket knife. He wears his Arkham clothes and white gloves. Standing by her bed, he only looks at her. He does little pocket knife tricks and does not stop staring at her. Hannah is not conscious and does not get anything from him.

"I felt pretty lonely.", he talks to her.

"One year is a long time. 365 days. I knew you would come back. And as Jimbo brought you here, it didn't take two seconds for me to catch on.... What am I going to do with you?"

He looks at his knife and goes into attack position. But suddenly he hears footsteps. Jerome puts the knife in quickly and leaves the infirmary. Immediately after him, the nurse returns to the room with a tray full of medication.

Miles further Ivy is still on the way. She drives a car through the streets of Gotham, then stops after 10 minutes. Ivy enters the Sirens where Selina and Tabitha are. Tabitha stands behind the bar and dries glasses, opposite Selina on a bar stool. The two are talking straight. Selina discovers Ivy and gets up excited.

"Hey Selina.", Ivy greets her with a grin.

But Selina is not happy. She stands in front of her with crossed arms.

"Is something?", she asks suspiciously.

Without a word Tabitha takes out a remote control and turns on the TV on the wall. You can see the news. It's about the captivity of Lee and how Hannah and Ivy tore the club. Ivy's smile disappears immediately. Angry, the two look at Ivy.

"Uh well, then -", she stutters.

"How can you pull off a crap like that? And besides, you mess around with Hannah? Just wow.", Selina quarrels.

"Did you mention anything about Hannah in the news where is she?", she asks worriedly.

"She was hit by a truck and is lying in the infirmary in Arkham.", Tabitha replies.

Shocked, Ivy takes the news she holds her hand over her mouth and gets glazed eyes.

"Hello, are you even listening to me?!", Selina blurts.

"I thought you were my friend. How can you just hang around with a freak like that? She only brings trouble you've just seen.", interrupts Selina.

"You never call me and Hannah and I got along super straightaway. And I like her the way she is. You should also get to know her.", replies Ivy angry.

"I know Hannah. She tried to kill Bruce at the time."

"Who exactly is that again?", Tabitha interrupts the discussion.

"The batty one who broke out of Arkham with Jerome last year.", replies Selina.

"With Jerome Valeska?", asks Tabitha amused.

"Yes.", replies Ivy.

"Oh god, he's a total freak. If my brother hadn't killed him then, I would have done it myself. It was so annoying when he talked to his father for hours."

"What exactly do you want here Ivy?", distracts Selina from the topic.

"Well I thought I could stay with you, I don't know where to go anymore, the club will be closed now.", Ivy whines.

"Well, you should have thought about it before.", Selina mocks.

Selina turns around and just wanted to leave but Tabitha stops her. Wide-eyed, she looks up and waves her head to Ivy. Selena rolls her eyes and annoyed she turns around again.

"Well, you can stay one night.", she mocks to Ivy.

"Great.", she is pleased.

"So I need something to eat first. I'm hungry.", she talks to the two.
