Hannah and Jerome 2 - End of the Darkness (English Version)

Penguins rage

Jerome is already cuddled in bed and lies back relaxed, with both hands behind his head. Hannah opens the door and walks around the bed to the other side where she sleeps. She is wearing a nice, red satin night dress. Hannah combs her hair underneath, then lays down next to Jerome in the bed. She wears fluffy black slippers on her feet. Jerome is covered to the waist, wearing a white nightgown. Only a small table light fills the room with light. Hannah cuddles under the blanket, then turns on her side to Jerome, puts her hand on his chest, closes her eyes and puffs contentedly. Hannah is falling asleep Jerome looks at her and grins. He is also satisfied and happy to have someone. Slowly, his eyes wander from her face down to her neck and up to her chest. Between the dress a large detail and he can not resist looking inside. Then he looks away quickly shakes his head briefly to get back. But he gets the picture no longer out of his head, Jerome gets horny without wanting it. He takes her hand and says softly:

"Are you still awake?"

A soft "Mhm" comes from Hannah and he hears that she is very tired.

"Maybe you want a -?"

He could not even finish the sentence when Hannah immediately rips off the covers and sits down on top of him. Jerome looks very surprised. Hannah looks at him and starts to laugh. Then she quietly whispers his ear:

"Fooled."

Jerome also starts to laugh. Meanwhile, Hannah quickly opens his nightgown and pulls it down. He takes her and turns around so that Hannah lies down and he over her. She still has to grin a lot, but she plays along. He opens the bedside table and pulls out metal handcuffs, he opens them and roars in a disgruntled voice:

"GCPD you are arrested!"

Jerome apes James Gordon and Hannah can not keep from laughing. Both don't get their grinning out of their faces, but then he gets serious again. He lays the handcuffs on her, switches off the light and starts.

Next morning

Hannah lies asleep with disheveled hair under the covers. On the other side her arm looks out, on which the handcuffs are still attached. The sun is already shining into the room. Suddenly a loud shot sounds. Hannah sits up immediately and is very frightened. She looks to the right, Jerome is not in the bed. She quickly picks up the key on the box, releases the handcuffs, and walks quickly through the apartment. Silently she hears Jerome moaning painfully, it comes from the kitchen. Hannah sees him lying on the ground shot down, she immediately goes to him on her knees and lays his head on her thighs.

"Baby, please stay with me, everything will be fine.", she cries.

His whole chest is full of blood and his hands. Hannah cries terribly.

"Now we are quit.", says a voice to her.

Hannah looks up and in front of her is Victor with a satisfied look.

"I'm just doing my job.", he comments as he steps out of the window and disappears.

Hannah looks shocked but she does not care about Victor at the moment. She strokes his soft red hair and gently holds his head. Her tears fall on his chest and Jerome loses consciousness more and more.

"Don't worry, everything will be fine, Princess.", he says painfully as he closes his eyes.

"Jerome?", Hannah asks.

She shakes him up a bit, but he does not react anymore.

"No, come on! Please no! Don't leave me!", she yells at him in bewilderment.

Suddenly someone opens the front door. It is Jervis.

"Oh dear.", he says in a shaky voice.

He looks into Hannah's tear-stained eyes. She is full of his blood. Jervis goes down to her.

"We'll get it."

He picks up his phone and dials a number. He calls the ambulance, but not the normal one. No, Gotham has one for criminals wanted by the GCPD. Because the normal hospital would immediately deliver them to the police. The "special" ambulance costs more, but that does not matter to anyone at this moment. A black van stops in front of the apartment after five minutes and takes Jerome with it. Inside, the van is set up just like an ambulance. Hannah gets in the back and never leaves Jerome alone.
Arrived, they take him to an abandoned factory, which is set up like an emergency hospital. It looks very run down, but it's all there you need. Jerome gets operated and then taken to a hospital bed.

After about four hours, Jervis enters the hospital room and sees Hannah sitting by the bed, she lies with her head on his stomach and sleeps. She wears nothing except the dress of this morning. Jervis takes his coat and puts it on her. Jerome sleeps in bed and is attached to infusion bags. The door opens and a doctor comes in.

"He will be fine, he just needs recovery. The bullet went right into his sternum, just barely next to the heart.", says the doctor.

Jervis nods, relieved and grateful. The doctor leaves the room again, Jervis turns around and looks anxiously at Hannah and Jerome.
