Lucy was up all day and night. Her heart was racing, knowing that Natsu was coming home in just a year.

Well. Not a year. More like a week. She couldn't wait!

Lucy ran up to her desk and started writing her story. She was nearly finished.

She wrote and wrote. Her hand hurt from going so fast, but she was on a roll.

Someone knocked on her door. She jumped up and ran to the door. She opened it to find Levy, Erza, and Juvia. They pulled her out of the apartment.

They all ran to the guild. Lucy ran to the bar and sat down. Levy, Erza, Juvia, Mira, and Lucy began having deep conversations.

The moment Wendy smelled a certain smell, the certain smell of Dragon Slayer, the girls rushed up to a room. They gave Lucy a nice, but very casual outfit, that only she could pull off. They fixed her hair and did her makeup. Light blush, mascara, and light pink lipstick.

They went back downstairs and sat at the bar, acting casual. The moment Wendy's senses kicked in again, she shouted.

"He's here!"

Lucy turned around and faced the door.

The doors burst open.

A male, with salmon hair covering his eyes, appeared. His smile brightened the room.

Lucy covered her mouth. She felt as if she was going to cry.

She ran up to him, his arms wrapped around her waist.

Everyone clapped at the scene.

They walked out of the guild, after letting them know they were going to get some alone time.

They sat under the Sakura Tree by the lake. Natsu leaned in and kissed her. She smiled.

She leaned her head on his shoulders and smiled, gazing at the beautiful scene before them.

When it started to get dark, Natsu dropped Lucy off at her apartment. After that, he went to his house to find Happy.

Natsu smiled widely at the cat. Happy yelled and zoomed as fast as his little wings could take him, head on into Natsu's chest.

They talked the rest of the night. About Natsu's experience.

Natsu felt around in his pocket, after the blue cat had fallen asleep.

He felt the small, velvet box he was holding onto. He smiled.

He climbed into his bed and closed his eyes.

Meanwhile, with Lucy, she was writing her story still. So much inspiration! She felt her stress becoming less and less. As the words flowed onto the page, she remembered countless events she'd experienced.

After a while of nonstop writing, she leaned backwards and smiled.

She got up and changed into her Heart Kruez pajamas.

What a long day.
