Chapter 3: Someone To Talk To

It's been 2 weeks since I've DMed Bo. Two weeks! People might say that it's just because she hasn't been active, but I know that's a lie, she's posted something almost every day. I'm starting to get irritable. I know I need someone to talk to, but who could I get that has the time to listen and would be understanding?

I was disturbed from my thoughts from the ringing of my phone, replicating the sound of an old rotary phone. It seemed cool when I first got it but it's slightly annoying now. I definitely need to change it. Quick. I picked up the phone and answered, not checking to see who it was.

"Come down to my flat now. We've got a bone to pick with you," I heard a familiar voice order in a strict tone. It was Glen. I'd almost never seen him angry before, something must have really ticked him off, and I must have some involvement in it if I'm not the problem in it's entirety.

"I'll be down there in 10," I informed as I slipped on a random pair of shoes, slung my leather jacket over my shoulders and headed out the door.

I was greeted at the door by Glen's not so smiling face. He didn't seem very happy.

"Good to see you to," I greeted sarcastically. I wonder what's gotten up his boxers this afternoon. "What's up with you today?" I asked sincerely, curious as to what had been bothering him.

"No, the real questio is what's going on with you?" He retorted. "You've been ignoring everyone for the past few weeks. Ever since that solo interview you've tuned everybody out. Is that a coincidence?" I was mute.

"Dan, I just want to help you. What happened at that interview?" I was hesitant to answer this question.

I entered his flat and sat down on a barstool at the small granite top island. I pulled his laptop out of the shelving unit underneath, set it on the counterspace, and pulled up the interview video. Glen didn't understand how this was going to explain what was going on with me but once I logged into my Twitter and he read some of the tweets that were still flooding through, he understood.

"They think you're lying but I know you're not, so just tell them that you're not lying and be done with it," He suggested.

"But what if I wasn't lying?"

Here's another chapter. This is the first one I've had confidence in writing. It came to me and I wrote it down and it, at least I think, came out wonderfully. Vote, comment, suggest, inbox, suggest. Tell me what you think and what you think should happen next!

On a side note, Danny finally admitted it! he finally told someone the truth between Bo an himself!
