Chapter 4:The broken promise/The investigation

Third person's pov:

Amanda is still at Simon's house, Matt is still on his way to David and David is still fast assleep in his car.

Amanda's pov:

I still don't know why Simon turned to me and pushed me away. I really don't know why he is so mad at me. I just told him and his precious darling David the truth. Simon and i belong together and that's final!

End of Amanda's pov

Simon's pov:

As soon as i hung up my phone i returned to Amanda and i did something i never should have done but i did! Because she broke my David' s heart.... in my head i can still hear him cry... he sounded so heartbroken. Why doesn't Amanda just accept the fact that i'm not in love with her anymore. My heart belongs to my one and only true love my sweet darling David... My wife Lauren already knows that and agreed to file for divorce and to share the custody over our son Eric between her and me and David. I love her for that i really do! she's such an  sweet understanding person. The tought of how happy David probably will be when i tell him about the shared custody agreement between me and Lauren made me tear up immediately. He's such a sweetheart and he deserves all the hapiness in his life he can get and i will make him happy i promised myself.

Simon slaps Amanda right in her face

A shocked Amanda:''Simon  my darling what on earth did you do that for''

An angry, shouting Simon:''because you broke my poor sweet darling David's heart and don't call me darling! "Only David is allowed to call me that!''

an annoyed, slightly angry Amanda:''Oh my gosh here we freaking go again! my sweet darling David this, my sweet darling David that''and what about me huh? your sweet darling Amanda. I loved you all those years before and i still do but all you see is David! '' You don't even love him''

A really angry and later calmed down Simon:''Yes i do! i truly do!'' But you love me so much that you refuse to accept that'' and i still love you but not in that way anymore i'm sorry Mandy'' i really am'' please try to understand''

Simon walks away from Amanda, but amanda goes after him grabs him by his shoulders and turns him around so he faces her

A shocked Simon: ''Amanda stop it let me go!''

A teasing Amanda:''Oh Simon my dear come on just let yourself go and give into it''

David's pov:

After a few hours i was still fast assleep in my car when suddenly a soft knock on my carwindow woke me right up. The first i screamed  when i woke up was Simon! then i felt a soft hand on my back and heard a sweet soft voice:No David it's me Matt... are you okay?apparently i had to forget to lock my car because Matt sat right next to me on the passenger's seat and tried to calm me down.I slowly tried to stretch my back. My whole body was acheing and felt very stiff. I finally managed to sit straight up and looked in the carmirror. I looked quite bewildered and i was still sweating. Oh my god i didn't know that love could hurt so much... I started crying and Matt hugged and comforted me. that was so sweet of him! When i finally managed to calm down a bit. We got out of the car and walked over to my house
