Yoongi spotted Jungkook sauntering through the Training Center, whistling to himself a tone Yoongi couldn't make out due to the distance between each other. He also noticed the guy walking closely behind Jungkook, chatting with him and occasionally laughing in between what Yoongi can guess are jokes.
It was weird for Yoongi, seeing Jungkook around someone other then himself without getting harassed or intimidated. But he couldn't say much, seeing that he hasn't been around Jungkook for that long to begin with.
"Hey Jungkook," Yoongi called out, catching up to the younger. Jungkook looked over his shoulder and smiled upon seeing his hyung.
"Hey Yoongi-hyung," Jungkook said cheerfully.
"You seem very happy. What's up?" Yoongi asked. He already grasped a small sense on what had Jungkook so chirpy.
"You wouldn't believe it but I was able to snag us an ally! Not only an ally but a new friend! He's really cool and sorta weird but it's funny how weird he is!Isn't that awesome? Taehyung, come introduce yourself ya weirdo!" Jungkook gushed, pulling the person behind him upfront.
Taehyung cleared his throat and began to introduce himself. "Hello. I'm Kim Taehyung, tribute from District 5. I specialize in using tridents and that's about it. Nice to meet you two! Oh and my teeth are sharp!" He said as he lightly poked his canine.
It took Yoongi a second to realize what Taehyung meant by 'you two', but then remembered he had also brought a new ally and friends with him. Hoseok's been so quiet behind him he completely forgot he came with someone. Then again, Hoseok did say he was more of an introvert.
"Nice to meet you Taehyung, I'm Yoongi, Jungkook's friend and teammate, and now you're new friend and teammate. I'm not gonna ask about your teeth-"
"I wanted to be like my dog!"
"....Because I'm scared to know the reason," Yoongi finished, shaking Taehyung's hand slowly.
"Anyways, this is Jung Hoseok from District 1. He's a quiet one so be careful with him," Yoongi said, lightly pulling Hoseok next to him.
Jungkook stretched his hand out to Hoseok and smiled brightly. "Nice to meet you Hoseok. I'm Jungkook, well, Jeon Jungkook if we're talking full names. Can't wait to work with you!"
Yoongi notices that Jungkook sprouted up some desperately-needed confidence since the last time they talked, which was probably close to an hour ago. It's funny how time can change something for the greater or worse in the span of 60 minutes.
"I guess we should split back up then. We already have 4 members here, and that's a good amount of people for the time we've taken to recruit you two. Lunch is 2 hours away and I want us to get those last 3 members before that time, got it?" Yoongi announced. Soon he was going to appoint someone more compatible as the leader of this group. Yoongi had no exposure to talking to people outside his home, therefore he had no experience in leading people. Only leading them away.
"Ok. I'll take Taehyung with me. How many people should we find?" Jungkook asked.
"If you can find two people, that would be perfect. I'll take Hoseok with me and we'll meet back up near the bow and arrows section. Got it?" Yoongi said, even though it was more of a command.
"Got it. Meet back in 30 minutes. Come on Taehyung," Jungkook said, walking in the opposite direction with trailing not too far behind him.
"Yah! That's Taehyung-hyung to you.......I think?"
Hoseok and Yoongi began their mini mission to recruit the last two members of their survival group. Thankfully for the two, they have each other to back up incase something awkwardly goes down and the other person needs a quick recovery comment to fall back on.
