Chapter 003: 

"Anne, he asked for your number." Cass, my ever dearest bestfriend confessed.

"Sino? Si Eduard naman?" I asked in confusion. "Ang kulit, sinabi ko nang tigilan na ako e. Magkaka-diabetes ako sa mga chocolates na ipinadadala niya!"

She let out a soft laugh as she shook her head.

"No, not him."

"Eh sino? Si Josef, na gusto yata akong ipagpatayo ng flowershop?" I sarcastified. Oo, mahilig ako sa bulaklak. Pero alam mo yung pakiramdam na nakaka-imbyerna kapag hindi mo bet yung nagbibigay. Imbes na kiligin, maiinis ka lang.

"Hanggang ngayon may flower supply ka pa rin?" she asked and I heavily sighed affirming her query.

"Oo, nakakairita nga. Araw-araw kelangan kong harapin yung delivery man. Special order daw na sa akin mismo iabot."

"What the--" she stopped herself from cursing. I grinned at her, natigilang mapamura dahil sa hiling ng kanyang lovidoodie. Nagagawa nga naman ng pag-ibig oh.

"Ang haba ng hair, girl. Pagupitan mo kaya!?"

"Ayaw!" I joked back then I flipped my hair.

Hindi ko mapigilang hindi mapangiti dahil after all these years, we're still like this. Nothing has changed. Sya pa rin ang Cassie na bestfriend ko since college, my sister from another mother. Actually dalawa sila, pati si Sandy.

"Remember, the guy who got the wedding garter?"

Yeah, that guy! Ofcourse I do, paano ko naman makakalimutan ang nilalang na 'yon? Literal na nanlaki ang mata ko. Teka wait, information loading, processing.. Hinihingi ni Mike ang number ko?

"Si Mike?" tanong ko. Sigurado akong sya 'yon, kunwari lang hindi. Pa-keme you know!

She nodded her head. "Yeah!" and my heart jumped twice.

"Binigay mo?" I asked fully hoping that she did. Sana, sana, sana binigay nya. Masasakal ko to kapag hindi.

"Why should I? Ayaw mong ipinamimigay ang number mo, right?" And with that, my jaw dropped. Sht Cass, bakit hindi mo binigay? Lahat may exception, pag kay Mike okay lang.

"Awee! Sayang." Bakeeet, ang lupit ng tadhana? Mike! Mike! Mike!

She handed me a slice of chocolatte cake before taking her seat opposite mine's.

"Why?"

"He's hot, you should have given him my contact!" I hissed, hindi ko na mapigilang hindi ilabas ang pagka-dismaya ko. Yun na eh!

She smirked with one of her brows raised. "Why, do you like him?"

Nakakahiya mang aminin, pero OO. Hindi lang like, love ko na siya. I shyly nodded my head and I saw how her lips twitch up.

Nagulat nalang ako nang bigla syang kumindat at tumayo mula sa kinauupuan niya. "Hi honey, how's your day?" sabi nya habang naglalakad patungo sa lovidoodie nya, kay Carlos Miguel. She tiptoed and gave him a quick kiss. Newlyweds. KFine, sweetness overload! Kayo na ang matamis!

"Everything went well, hon." Carl said before looking at me.

"Hello Annie, how are you?"

"I'm good!" I countered back smiling.

"Hon, this girl." Cass pointed me. "My Annie's inlove!" she announced and Carl grimaced.

"Atlast. I'm happy for you, Anne!" Nagkibit balikat ako. Parang sira tong si Cassie, ibroadcast daw ba?
