" What are they doing? " I heard Jess' voice from outside the room.
" It's too quiet, I don't know. " Meghan replied.
" Oh my God, do you think Shannon killed her?! " Rebecca panicked voice was next and as a result, Shannon pulled away from the kiss and laughed. Like laughed, really laughed.
" Don't worry guys, she is alive. " Shannon yelled at them and they all said " Shit! " in unison. They must have left now cause footsteps were heard and then silence again.
" Now what? " I turned my attention back to the girl that turned my world upside down.
" I don't know. " she replied and I was expecting her to let go of me and wander around the room but to my surprise, she hugged me tighter and burried her head in the crook of my neck. She knelt a little cause she is taller than me and the position was uncomfortable.
Her move caught me of guard, I was just looking at her, the way she had just burried her head into my neck and hugged me tight.
" No, don't let go. " she spoke when she noticed that my hands weren't touching her back.
" We should g- " she closed my mouth with her palm and pushed me, making me make some steps backwards and fall on the mattress -thank God there weren't any objects there-.
" Shan.. " I laughed.
" Shh, let's just stay here. " she held me even tighter, how could I deny when she is -finally- so sweet and calm?
She suddenly did an aggressive move and pulled away to stood up, I thought she was gonna snap again but actually, the only thing she did was move all the broken and not broken objects from the bed to the floor so we can lay on the bed normally and came back to me.
" Hold me, please. " she buried her face in the crook of my neck again and cuddled me.
" I have to go home soon. Alex is going to bring Claire. " I lied. I didn't want to make things awkward and stay the night.
" Tell her to bring her here. " she simply said.
Does she really want me to stay?
" No Shan. I promise I'll come again tomorrow morning. "
" Alone? " she removed her head from my neck and looked at me.
" I'll take Claire with me too. " I smiled.
" Okay then. " she carefully stood up so she won't step on some broken glass and hurt herself.
" Careful! " she raised her voice before I could even step on the floor. I looked down and saw that I was about to step on a glass from the broken mirror.

When I walked down the stairs, Shannon was sitting on the couch, a big ass paper bag nexto her right leg and a handful of flowers.
" What are you doing here? " I let Claire down and walked towards her.
" Good morning to you too. " she raised the hand that was holding the flowers and gave them to me.
