" Yes, I need two teams to the location I sent you, can you fucking do that?! " the Detective said into her phone. They had located the location of the message that was sent to Shan's phone and I was feeling hopeful for the first time.

" Yes, just go there and wait for me. I need everyone ready. They are armed and they have two hostages. Don't turn on the sirens of the cars, be as quiet as you can. If they are here, I don't want them to figure out we're going for them." she continued giving instructions and hung up the phone.
" We're ready. " she turned to all of us.
" I'm coming with you. " I stood up from the couch.
" We will all come. I can't stay here any longer. " Vanessa said and grabbed her girlfriend's hand.
" Okay. But I need you to be ready for everything. We don't even know if they're there and we don't know if they have more allies. " the Detective said and everyone nodded.
" Does everyone have a ride? I'll go with Hayley " I followed behind the Detective.
" We'll figure it out. " Alex's dad replied.
I got into Hayley's car with her and everyone followed behind us.
" Don't worry, we'll find them. " she looked at me and gave me an encouraging smile. She was ready to say something else but her phone rang and interrupted her.
" Hey, what's up? " she answered with a smile.
" Babe, where are you? " I heard a female voice. That must be her wife.
" I'm on that case I told you about. " she replied.
" The kidnapping? " her wife asked.
" Yes, I'm actually heading to the place they might keep them. " she said proudly and started the engine of the car.
" That poor child, I hope she is okay. Take care okay? I love you. "
" I love you too. " the Detective replied and hung up.
I couldn't help but feel jealous. She has her life, her wife and her kids and I don't even know if I'll ever see my daughter and girlfriend again. It's unfair.
" Oof okay, let's do this. " she said and started driving away from my house.
The ride was painfully long, we were definitely driving for 40 minutes. She stopped the car in front of the entrance of what seems like a very old barn and the teams she requested were here too. She explained to me that a team has 8 people so there were 16 people and 4 police cars there, well 5 if you add the detective's car too.

" I need your friends and family to get a little back from here. It's dangerous for them to be this close to this, whether or not they keep your daughter and girlfriend here. I nodded and told Alex to get just a little away from here so they all drove away to somewhere safer than here but in a distance that they could clearly see what was happening.
" Don't shoot if anybody gets out of this door. We are looking for these people. " Hayley told the teams and showed them a picture of Shannon and Claire together. " The kidnappers are a woman and a man, in their early 25's. This is the woman. " she showed them another picture but of Sami this time. " The man is tall but we don't know if they are alone. Keep your eyes open and watch out for everything that might happen. " she gave instructions to all of them and they all focused on the door again.
